We had total roofing do some work for us in Spring of 07. In fall of 07, we saw some areas of the roof that either werent done right or had blown off. So, we called Total roofing back since they guarantee their work. It took more than 3 weeks of us calling over and over just to get them to acknowledge us and tell us when they were coming (they blew us off for a couple of weeks). Then, it was cancellation after cancellation. Finally they said they would come a certain morning. Never showed and then finally started fixing my roof at 3 in the afternoon that day - never called me to reschedule. Because they didnt call (so I couldnt tell them that afternoons were bad since my kids were sleeping at that time), they didnt know that they scared the crap out of my kids and woke them both up. Interrupting naps isnt a big deal, but the lack of customer courtesy is - if you arent going to make a job, you call the customer to see if the new suggested time to come is okay. I am not impressed with total roofings service, regardless of their roofing skill.

I was not impressed with this company. The easiest process was calling to schedule an inspection - the receptionist/scheduler was polite and responsive, but that was the end of my positive experience. When Tony and Lee arrived for my inspection appointment, they did not even inspect the roof and associated damage. Instead, they only wanted to see the paperwork and monetary amount my insurance company was willing to give for the repairs. They declared they would do it for that price without any further action on their part - not surprising, considering my insurance company was generous. I was wary and called to talk to my insurance company about the way this was handled. They informed me that just asking to see the paperwork without a physical inspection was an irresponsible practice. When I called Tony to discuss concerns I had that were not addressed at the first meeting, none of my calls were ever returned. I went with a different company that has been much more honest in their approach to my home repairs.

They delayed my project by 5 weeks (which is ok, Im patient). At the end of it, I asked for an itemized receipt - they refused to provide one. Not sure why they cant provide it - but I needed it for reimbursement purposes. They told me Id need to go ask "Buffalo Roofing" for a receipt. Buffalo Roofing? Evidently, theyre the ones who actually did my roof. Thanks for outsourcing the work guys. I paid for this deal cash out of my pocket because I didnt want to wait, and paid my invoice in full within two days of receiving it. I believe in treating people well...and thats the frustrating thing about dealing with these guys. They ask me to wait - wait - wait - and then, farm my job out, and when I ask them for an itemized receipt, they tell me to go fly a kite. Im a repeat customer by the way, have spent over $20,000 with this company. Not happy with these clowns.

My project manager was clueless throughout the entire process. Everything was unorganized and very confusing. I received several invoices, all with different figures. At the end of the day I was over charged $900 which thankfully I was able to catch by going over my invoices in detail. Worst of all when I went to sell my house the roof didnt even pass the inspection as there was some flashing missing and a gutter misplaces! Called Total Roofing and there response was "it passed the city inspection". So much for there workmanship warranty. I will gladly pay someone else to fix their crap then to even deal with Total Roofing anymore. Horrible company. Will never reccomend to anyone!

Over a decade ago, Total Roofing did my houses roof and all was done well, then I foolishly went with another company a few yrs ago and had some issues but eventually got it worked out. I called Matt at Total Roofing last week to see if my roof needed repair/replacement after the horrible wind we had last months. Matt came out the other day and checked my roof, he said all was fine now and I didnt need any repair or replacement. I really appreciate his excellent service and honesty and I will be calling Total Roofing when I do need my roof repaired/replaced. Thanks!

A horrible experience. Shane was totally unreliable. Made promises and never followed through. Complained to the owners and nothing was corrected. They told us that because we had problems with total roofing, that they prefer not to do business with us. Totally disappointed, especially since Dave Ramsey endorses this company. In closing, Total Roofing Colorado Springs is just another Roofing Company who has bad service and is after your money. They lie about products available. They also lie about when they are able to do your roof. I wouldt recommend Total Roofing.

We just had our roof done after the hail damage that affected so many folks , total roofing was recommend by our insurance, I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience, quick reliable, the roofers cleaned up after themselves, nice folks , Adam that helped us through the process was nothing but nice and helpful, the ladys in the office are very nice and helpful, a overall great experience that I can only recommend to others .thank you total roofing for a great job it was smooth sailing with you guys .

I am rating this service at 5-star! I called Total Roofing because I saw one of their vehicles with the decals in Falcon. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and my roof was repaired Thursday morning. I have called many roofers and IF I get a call back I usually have to wait for an estimator, quote, scheduler...the process seems to take longer than necessary. Total was very reasonable in pricing and Tony was very polite and professional. I will use Total Roofing for all roofing needs going forward!

I am living in Colorado Springs for 20 years now and had to get my roof replaced several times. The last few times was with Total Roofing and it was by far the best company ever. I recommended them to all my friends and if I ever need another roof this is the only company I will consider! After the windstorms the last couple days they came out immediately again to check if there was damage to my new roof. Thanks Total Roofing and a special Thanks to Adam Fox.

I would leave no stars if I could. We had an estimate set for July 5th. No one rang the doorbell, left a card, or anything so that we knew someone stopped by. We had to call to find out if anyone had showed up,which they said they had. We were told 2-3 days to receive our quote. Well, here we are one full week later and still havent received anything. Stellar customer service. Obviously they dont want our business so we are going elsewhere.

I dont think Total Roofing is interested in repairing roofs. May 2015, we had a leak and Joel came out and got on the roof. He said he would get back to us. He didnt. We called him back and he said it was raining the day he came out and would have to come back for some measurements which he did. However, no matter how many times we called Joel we could not get an estimate out of him even when he said it was next in his pile of work.
