The only reason I am giving this company two stars instead of one is because the products they sell are actually quality products, but this company does not give good service after the sell. They do not have good communication with the customer thus leading to the customer not getting the exact options they asked for and clearly communicated with the salesperson and then having to fight to get the proper options installed over an extended time. They installed the incorrect vents on the roof and the vents they initially installed were my old vents that were already on the roof, so not only where they the wrong type of vents but they were also used. When I called the salesman about this his exact words were “I don’t know where they even got those vents”, this just confirms that they used my existing vents. They did come out and fix a leak found after a big rain, but the communication was still horrible on setting up times for the repair. This company is average among the cost of getting a new roof, so in my opinion there is nothing special about this company. The initial roof install was done on 10/21/2016 and it was finally fully completed on 11/26/2016. Discovered leak around chimney on 5/24/2017 and roof was repaired on 5/30/2017, but inside damage was ignored even though they knew about the inside damage. Had to call back asking them to repair the inside damage the leak caused. The stain on the ceiling from the leak was painted over on 6/1/2017 but the sheetrock damage on the wall was ignored. Called back asking when they would repair the wall sheetrock and was told Kirby would call me back, but I have never heard back from Kirby. I guess he is choosing to ignore me. I have also discovered that the metal trim around the chimney was spray painted brown to help match the shingles, but it was spray painted after the install and the over spray got onto the brick, so now I have brick that has been spray painted which is not a very professional look. I feel that I paid way too much money for the quality of the job and service. I personally would look elsewhere for a roofing company.

I LOVE HARTMAN ROOFING! This is the only company my family and I will ever use. My sisters roof had to be replaced a few years ago and they called Hartman. They came out the very next day an gave her an estimate. The salesman was super nice and went over every detail and option with her. He was very reasonable and worked with them and their insurance company. Within a week or two he called them and said they were ready to start her roof, and literally the very next day him and his roofing crew were there bright and early to get started. She said she has never seen a group of guys work so fast!! They were all so polite and courteous, and cleaned up everything to the very last nail in her yard, and finished in a very timely matter!! Not even a year later my roof had to be replaced, and I had a bad leak in our dining room. Without thinking twice I called Hartman and explained that I already had a leak. The owner and one of his guys came out that day and did a temporary fix on the leak and gave me an estimate. He said he already had the shingles and most the materials so he could get it done right away. It was two days later he called and said we are starting in the morning and sure enough they were there early getting started. They were GREAT!!!! Cleaned up everything, polite, and worked so hard. Thank you to the owner for everything your company has done for my sister and I, we will always use Hartman Roofing for all our roofing needs!!!!

I recently got my roof looked at by my Germania insurance agent. With hurricane Harvey possibly bring heavy rain he told me i need to put tarps to cover damaged shingles to my roof. I posted on social media about me putting the tarps on my roof and Ben Miller a salesman for Hartman roofing saw me doing that and he called me in the morning asking me if i wanted to get something to actually cover the bald spots properly until i can get my roofed fixed. I was very impressed with his willingness to help me out. I had talked with other companies and they seemed to be to busy backed up with to much work from the recent storms. Some said they would call me back and never called back. He was at my house within 30 minutes and more than covered my bald spots on my roof. He even cleaned up the blown off shingles. I didnt call him and i know they are crazy busy but its nice when a business and its employees show that kind of class and work ethic. I will definitely be using Hartman roofing to replace my roof! Thanks again Ben for having my back! Communication with the sales rep, Ben, always went smoothly. He always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend them

A company rep. showed up at my residence telling me what a great job Hartman roofing would do if I elected for them to replace my current roof. After talking to him and receiving a claim from my insurance company, I contacted Hartman roofing the main office and they advised me that the individual that was working the Rowell,NM area would call me back. after about a week not hearing from the sales rep, I called back and talked to Mr. Hartman who told me he would have his employee call me back as of this date no retuned phone calls. Yesterday I called back and requested to talk to owner and was given his cell number and I left a message and no reply. It appears that Hartman roofing roles into town when there is damage roofs due to weather makes promises they cant keep and leaves Think twice about this company. I only gave one star because the lady that answers the phone is nice. LOL

Hartman Roofing just finished work on our beautiful new roof. The job was completed in less than two days and they made sure to finish before a storm rolled in. The workers were extremely friendly while they were at our home. They even fixed a part of my fence and removed some exposed screws from my porch out of kindness! They cleaned up everytime they left and secured my gates so that I could let my dog back out. Ben Miller chose the shingle color for us to best compliment our brick and it could not be more perfect. It puts the old roof and neighbors roofs to shame! Communication with the sales rep, Ben, always went smoothly. He always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend them

Hartman was great. They came out gave me a free inspection after the storm. Then they offered to come back and meet with the insurance adjustor to make sure nothing was missed. Even though they were super busy due to all the damage from storms, I always received a phone call back within a resonable time. When they came out, the roofors worked very fast and had my house done in 2 days. They cleaned up and I hardly noticed they were even there. They even swept the patio off to get rid of any asphalt dust that had settled. They took care of all the paper work for the insurance claim and got the job done with no cost to me. I would highly recommend Hartman to anybody needing a new roof.
