I will start off by saying that I will never use this shop again! Ordered (4) Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires for my $70K 2012 Cadillac CTS-V from Tire Rack and had them shipped to this "Recommended Installer" because I was unable to haul the tires to the shop of my choice not having a truck or anyone free to help me that day. When they went to take the tires off they didnt have a Spline Socket to remove them and thats a 1st for me never had a problem with one of the mechanics having a Spline Socket at any reputable tire shop. Then the Manager told me I needed to have a key for them and that is total crap. Then he argued with me about what I would do if I get a flat...Well I have OnStar and these cars didnt even come with a spare tire they have an electric air pump and tire slime in the back from the factory. After all of this they suddenly find a Spline Socket and the 1st think that I saw them do was try to put the front tires on the rear rims when I told them 3 times that these cars come staggered from the factory with 255s on front and 285s on the rear. Then I noticed they were not doing a Road Force Balance when I told them 3 times to do so. At this point I was worried about them even touching my rims and tires. They proceeded to Road Force Balance my tires after fooling around with the machine for 15 min (5 Techs there and none of them knew how to use the Road Force machine) only to tell me I have "Bad Tires that are out of round" and will need to send them back! I told them to just do a normal balance and put them on and I will take the car somewhere else. The car shook and had horrible vibrations at any speed over 40 MPH! I just got back from my normal reputable tire shop Tidwell Tire and they Road force Balanced my tires PERFECTLY! The 1st thing the guys at Tidwell Tire noticed is that they had tire weights TRIPLE STACKED and half of them had flung off of the rim! This is a NONO when balancing Ultra High Performance Tire on 20" rims on a Super High Performance CTS-V! They all had a good laugh about the Bad Tires" comment. The tires just needed turned on the rim a bit and they balanced as good as you can get tires balanced. The car drives smooth as glass now :) I will NEVER return to that shop and I will let everyone I know not to go there. If your from my area DONT use this shop!

Will not use this Firestone again until Michael the manager is fired. My daughter took her vehicle to this Firestone for a front brake job and an expection of the whole vehicle. I even talked to the mechanic before I left her there he said no other work was required accept brake fluid flush. I declined brake flush and just had the new brakes and rotors turned. Daughter picked up vehicle and was making a weird noise took it back and they said that the rotors needed to be replaced and front hub bearings needed to be replaced I asked how come I wasnt told this the first time they said he was a new mechanic. They would not repair the brakes unless I purchase new rotors. Called corporate filed a complaint and as you can see on the receipt thats what was needed the second time we took it there. Corporate had me to take the vehicle to a another Firestone down the road on High Street they repaired the brakes the correct way. I asked if the front end needed any additional work they said no. Walked out of the second Firestone paid nothing. corporate help me repair this vehicle for my daughter. I believe they took advantage of her because she was a girl. FYI I was prepared to take this to small claims court just for the principle because of the way I was treated by Michael the manager at this Firestone.

Even if you bring your car in for something small be prepared to have them "find" all kinds of other stuff wrong with your car. If you agree to have that new stuff fixed, lo and behold: even more stuff will be found that needs to be fixed. If you allow it, this process will go on uninterrupted until theyve replaced your entire car. Avoid at all costs.

A great place to get work done but get a lot of recommended service pitches. Also when talking to customer about their service history maybe dont talk across the lobby loudly how they dont regularly service certain things. Its kind of embarrassing.

Tried to use state inspection as a high jack to sell you unecesaary parts and services. If thats how they treat an inspection imagine what they do when you actually have a problem.
