This sums up Chris Gordy and his team at Automotive Super Center. In replacing my tires recently on my car--the alloy wheels got scuffed up a little bit. Apparently the mechanic got in a hurry and used the wrong socket or something, and it did some damage on the wheels surface around some of the lug nuts. I brought it to Chris attention, and with that, explained that the wheels were not in perfect condition when I brought the 2010 Lexus into the shop---there were already a few scuff marks and a few curb rash spots, but Chris insisted on covering the cost of completely refinishing all four wheels--prior damage included. I tried to reason with him and offered to cover half of the cost---to no avail. He was determined to do all four, at his expense. When all was said and done--the wheels were completely refinished and look brand new! For the most part, and I think wed all agree, service like this is virtually non-existent today. So when I experienced it first hand, I had to take the time to leave a testimonial. Anyone can shake your hand and cast a great big smile when everything goes the way its supposed to go. But when theres some kind of problem--thats where the great leaders, sales people, managers and organizations seperate themselves from the pack and prove their value in a big way. Integrity matters. Danny and Tim at the N Eastman Rd location were phenomenal. We were heading home to Atlanta from a job in Tucson when the temperature gauge spiked to hot. We were towed to ASC. My truck came off the wrecker at 10:48 am, the radiator had split at the seam. A new radiator was installed and paid the invoice at 11:45 am and was back on the road with a 2 year nation wide warranty. The staff was friendly and the service impeccable. There were so many places, especially between El Paso and Peco, if it had over heated then we would have been screwed. I cant thank the good Lord, Danny and Tim enough it happened when it did. If I lived in the Longview area thats the only shop I would take my vehicles.

No trust! Seemed like a bunch of straight shooters until They Quoted me $1200 and a full line of BS about 4 or 5 things that were wrong. I knew what they said wasnt right so I Went to Lowerys preformance tire and auto in Hughes Springs for a second opinion. They charged me $200 and I was on the road in 2 hours from showing up. I will never go back or recommend these guys, highway Robbery!

Im a hot shot driver in the oil field so im running my trucks on deliveries every day of the week. My truck is my livelihood and every minute im not available is business lost. ASC is fast, cost effective, and most of all trustworthy. I trust them with all of my business needs as well as my family vehicles. Best choice there is for reliable service.

The customer service is the best in town by far. Unfortunately, I own a vehicle that seems to constantly need attention and the people here have been upfront anf honest with me every time. There is absolutely no pressuring here for their customers to have "unnecessary work" done on their vehicles
