VERY DISPLEASED!!! The work was fine, but they did not give me any heads up on how steep the prices were going to be. Went in expecting to pay one price and they charged me over 6X that initial quoted price. I added on a fuel filter change to my oil change and they went and replaced more than necessary without even the slightest notification. Will definitely not be going back to this shop, not for an oil change, not mechanic work, nothing.

We take all our vehicles to Prock Automotive! The guys there are great and are super fast. I can call Ty and get my car in and out in usually the same day. I do not go anywhere else. They always get me great prices and never try to over charge just because I am a woman! I would suggest and do all the time for people to use Prock for anything they need done to their car!

Great Repair shop. You dont get any better than hometown service and very knowledgeable technicians. I think Joel is better now than when he was at GM all those years. These guys were really awesome. My car wasnt starting, and they sent a tow truck out really quickly. They were very helpful and didnt try to take advantage of the obvious fact that I had never dealt with a mechanic before. They did a very good job.

An honest hometown shop with very knowledgeable staff. Joel Prock is one of the kings of Diagnostics. I trust them with my moms car all the time. There a NAPA Autocare center so there is a Nation wide warranty on all there repairs.

Best service ever! Grandma drove in to Lubbock to visit and was afraid shed be stranded. Other shops were to busy to even look at her car on a weekend but Prock not only looked but Fixed everything! Honest and great work!

Prock charged me 200 dollars just to diagnose my air conditioner problem and gave me an estimate of 1200 dollars to fix it I took my car to Pena Automotive and Mark Pena fixed my air conditioner for 135 dollars.
