Got my brand new rims and tires last month bought them online, went to balance and mount them to this shop which is close to my house, paid 100 dollars as soon as I got the wheels back I noticed a shake at 55 to 60 mph on the road, called them asked if they balanced correct the wheels? they said they did excellent job on balancing and there is no way they made a mistake looked like they did not want to rebalance them again wasting their time i said ok then called them later a week they said it might need hub centric rings, i said ok eventually they said its not the rings and they dont know what might cause the shake. a week later went to different shop they charged 35 dollars for rebalancing the wheels bam!! guess what? they said the tires were out of balance, as soon as i left the second shop no more shake and vibration. 1star for incorrect balancing i was trying to figure out for few weeks what was the issue and now finally found it thanks to expressoil change knowing how to balance wheels

Trust is hard to come by in auto service - especially when traveling. And I trust Jason. I was in town for just a few days. I tracked these guys down on google and called on Friday AM. I explained my challenge and Monday departure date. Jason was professional and friendly. He agreed to look at my car. A few hours later he gave me an assessment and cost estimate; said he could take care of it for me on my timeline. They did great work. Answered my questions. Cost was as estimated. Saved me time and headaches. Certified Automotive is a go-to shop in the Destin area.

Great service and friendly staff. Called in when I had a brake issues, they had me bring the car in and they fit it into their schedule that day. They called back with a quote and recommended services within 3 hours of drop off. Had no problem when I mentioned I didnt want certain things done. Once the service and quote were given everything was finished as promised, the bill came to their exact quote, and all work was done to my satisfaction. While Im not local I will recommend this place to my family that Im here visiting when they need a mechanic.

I love this place. I take my Mercedes there and they know what to do. I dont have to go to the dealership when I get great work done here for a great price. Eric, one of the owners goes far and beyond with trying to work with your schedule to help get your car fixed. Im sorry but I dont know too many people who will come in on a Saturday bright early to get you back on the road for a great price. Love their work, love the staff, love the location. I recommend them to all my friends and fam!

While on vacation, my water pump went out on our Denali. Called Erick and he said hed get right on it. He did and installed new parts , complete that evening. Great and friendly professional service - All at a very fair price. My vehicle was free of greasy hand and foot prints *****. Very Happy that I called them!!! July 2016

I walked up without an appointment and the mechanic on duty (Jason) immediately put down what he was doing and ran a diagnostic for my car. Outstanding customer service. I brought my car in a couple weeks later and his repairs were exactly what he predicted and on the estimated price. All around great shop!

Check engine light came on while on vacation. I knew the problem and about how much it should cost to repair. These guys got us back on the road and safe to drive home! Honest, fair price, and quick! If I ever have another engine problem while in Destin, wont hesitate to bring it here!
