A stolen vehicle was brought here. They will sweep anything under a carpet if money is involved.A family friend borrowed vehicle refused to bring back, drove it out of town and left it here after repair in storage for a month! I located my vehicle and let Chaneys know the situation. Everything would be paid, I just wanted my truck back and to lock this person up. The first thing the owners said is "I dont want to get involved with court." Chaneys was not my focus!! I let the guy know before repercussions to bring my vehicle back! I am several states away. The receptionist was amazing. She tried to help. The guy paid and picked the vehicle up. I told the shop to call me when he paid. The owner agreeded and didnt call! I had to call them! The owner was happy about the money. I found out the guy was rude when vehicle came to the shop. My shifter came back broken. The guy claimed it was broken at the shop and they gave him tire glue (showed it). I called to get a rebuttal before taking the guy to court. The owner was snotty and refused to deny it! A glitch for no reason. Cared about $ only.

We sent my moms car in cause it just wasnt running right. They said it would take 3 days and we didnt get a call from them for two weeks. We got the car back but it was still running the same so we had one of our mechanic friends look at it and he said from what he could tell they didnt do anything to fix it. Afterward we took it back in and complained and they held the car there for 6 weeks with no call. So we went in and sure enough they didnt do any work on it at all in those 6 weeks.

Asked Chaneys to find an oil leak. 3 weeks later when they did not call, I called and found out they did $1500 in unauthorized repairs only to find out they did not repair what they said they repaired. I returned the car and Chaney refused to fix it. I had to take it to any other repair shop and cost me $1600 to do the repairs Chaneys claimed they did. Story pending.

I took my Tahoe there to get flowmaster mufflers put on when came to pick up my Tahoe the muffler sounded nothing like flowmaster so I got under the vehicle surprise to me they were some no name knock off version mufflers pissed I payed flowmaster price for them Williston doesnt have not one honest mechanic in the whole town

My truck was ready after 2 days at Chaneys shop, while dealership quoted 2 weeks along with a much higher quote for repair. Mark was helpful, honest and direct--no bs at this repair shop. Im glad I brought my truck here, Ill never go anywhere else.

Had me call three days in a row just to see about getting work dobe, I drove 50 miles two days and they dont want the work. 45 minute job but not worth their time. Has a monopoly on exhaust in Williston so you only have one choice.

Chaneys was great. I blow out two of my tires on 85, and Chenys fixed my car at the spot and drove it back so I did not end up paying for a towing fee on top of the two tires. All in just a few hours of when I called in for help.

I wish there was a zero star rating. I called about a new muffler and had very terrible service. They were very rude over the phone.
