Thanks Southside Auto Repair, I like the customer service and most of all the prices. I also liked that the workers there go above and beyond when doing the general check up. However, the fact that seeing as they go above and beyond on the general check up they notice a few things that you didnt even know your car needed making you realize you gotta spend more money than you want on the long run. But I mean its for the good, they make sure your car will be good now and the future.

Highest quality of work provided. If your traveling through Colorado, and need work done, this is the place to stop at. The owner has an EXPERTcrew working for him. He has to maintain the highest of standards, (and he does) because he is an independent Goodyear. Great service, Extremely High Quality work. Reasonable price for the quality of service you recieve.

Ive been coming here over 20 years and just had my breaks done. Price was very fair as usual. Bill went out of his way to explain the work that was done. Im not sure about these other negative reviews, Ive always received exceptional service. I would recommend them for any auto repairs. Thanks Southside Auto for keeping my vehicles in great shape.

I called to get my car towed and have it looked at today. When the tow truck finally did come and get it and we got to the shop they said they were too busy and couldnt even look at it today. Then they said their shuttle wasnt available and they didnt know when it would be available. Customer service was horrible. Never again.

I called and asked the "gentleman" who answered a few questions about my car and for a quote. He replied with "Im already doing this for someone here and I dont really want to waste my time with..." I hung up at this point. I do not believe I have ever been that offended by a business in such a short amount of time.

Asked for a quote on a wiper motor and although I told him its already been tested as bad, wanted a $95 diagostic then costs for parts and labor to change it.
