Bad experience made better. They scheduled our appointment two to three weeks out and then when we arrived they told us it will be two or three weeks more before they could get to it. So, we lost over a month of use in the middle of the summer. Then when we finally got the RV back, most of what they were supposed to fix they did not fix. For example, one of our wheels was making a sound when it moved. They billed us for fixing it at $139 per hour and it was not fixed. We eventually figured out on our own that it was as simple as increasing the tire pressure! We gave them a printed list of everything we wanted done when we dropped off our RV, including what was to be coordinated with the manufacturer for warranty. When we picked up our RV they billed us for the entire amount and left it to us to work with the manufacturer for re-embursement. Then when I tried to have them detail the bill for the manufacturer, they hung up the phone on me. UPDATE, Devin Breese, the General Manager saw this review and called me. He was sorry for our experience with his shop and wanted to make it up to us. He offered to work with the manufacturer to recover our warranty money and explained that his shop was slammed because of the hail storms in the area and our job got pushed and neglected as a result. So, Devin stayed on top of Thor until they finally sent us a check for the work. I would try Premier again due to Devin and the new shop they built to handle the demand. I only hope that they will under-promise and over-deliver next time.

We dropped off our new RV (used but new to us) at Premier to have the entire rig inspected from "top to bottom" to determine what need to be fixed and what might wait. We were told they would get to it in 2.5 weeks which we compared to another repair shop that said 2-3 months. Well, nearly 3 months later it is still not done! Holes in the roof that let rain in each time it rained only making the damage worse, new AC, etc. We called numerous times to get updates, were promised that someone would call back by close of business (which never happened) forcing us to stop in several times to discuss the status. We agree with those who feel that the rich folks with the huge self-contained models get priority over those who have waited in line ahead of them. I guess money talks!!! Well, at $15,800+ repair cost (all out of pocket) you would think that they would be motivated to fulfill their promises. Oh no! In fact we received a call today saying we could not pick it up (actually was promised it would be ready yesterday) as we were told a month ago since they had just gotten to the roof! We would have been even more incensed if we had a trip planned starting Monday this coming week, campground reservations made, etc. based on their promises. Just hope that we have it back in time to make our trip in a few weeks. Repair places are few, but hope to NEVER have to return to Premier Auto and RV again.

OUTSTANDING! Thats how I would describe the level of customer care and service I received from Jerry and Sean. I had a slight emergency on Saturday afternoon and they took care of me as soon as I pulled in! As it turned out my problem was minor and only took Jerry about 5 minutes to solve, simply because he knew what he was doing! It was obvious that Jerry is on top of his game and knows his way around RVs!! On top of the immediate attention, my problem was fixed at NO CHARGE (Thank you Sean)! I did, however, compensate Jerry for his time. Its easy to see that these people know how to treat customers right, and how to do things right, which is very rare these days. I will be back to get a few things done to our Motorhome, and I HIGHLY recommend that everyone give these good folks their business. Compared to other RV Dealers Ive had work done (Pikes Peak Traveland & Camping World), theres absolutely no comparison! You guys are doing things right - keep it up!!

These people cheated my family and I out of thousands of dollars. We are not rich. Our rv is our only home. We took it to them to get work done. They told us it would take only a couple of days and would put a rush on it. Weeks later it still wasnt done. They did things we said we didnt want done costing us even more money. They didnt do things right. The refrigerator they were supposed to install looks awful and we found out they didnt anchor it in right by it almost falling on out two year old daughter!! We called them to get a refund (after spend all our money on their work we have none and shouldnt have to fix their bad work anyway) they tell us to rig it in. We are going to need thousands to do the work they were supposed to do in the first place and they want us to slap a band aid on it and call it good. I guess instead of doing right by us we are going to have to get a lawyer.

Great RV Repair! Two weeks ago, I used Premier Auto and RV for the first time. I needed some sewer line repairs on my 5th wheel RV and being sub-freezing outside now (December) and needing to hit the road with the RV on 5-Jan, I decided to hire the work out. I spoke by phone to Devin Breese, the owner, and felt real comfortable. I bought the parts needed at Home Depot and dropped the RV at Premier. They called me two hours later to tell me the job was complete. I went back to pick it up and the work looked perfect the the time billed (2 hours) was just as agreed. Everyone working there seemed happy and I was treated with great respect. Highly recommend checking Premier out for RV repair. They work on Motorhomes and towables. They also service cars and trucks - though I have no experience with that.

The folks at Premier Auto were fantastic! A young "mom and pop" Auto and RV repair. The couple is starting their own business and are leasing office space in the old trailer/country sales place across from the falcon camp grounds. The shop is behind the office building. The water pump was leaking and "going out" on my Tahoe. Devin and his mechanics gave me an accurate and reasonable quote on the cost and then called me when they discovered some additional issues that either needed immediate attention or things I should be aware of for the future. They kept us up to date on the progress and were exceptionally professional. The cost was not excessive as Ive found with other auto shops, and the customer service was outstanding! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

I have so many nice things to say about these folks!! We were on a road trip from Georgia and our radiator blew in our RV on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. Worst time ever to break down!! Thankfully, I found these people!! We got our RV towed to them, and from the first phone call I made on Sunday, until we left on Friday afternoon, they were nothing but helpful, courteous, and accommodating to our situation!! They, in no way, were obligated to make us a priority(they had a lot of other customers), but they did, and got us on the road as soon as humanly possible, due to our emergency situation!! Great staff, and top notch workmanship, along with excellent customer service!! Again, so lucky to have found them!! Thanks again guys!!
