What can I say? They refused me service almost 40 minutes before close saying the "garage was closed up", the staff can be very rude, and the manager will do nothing to actually acknowledge your complaints. All I needed was my tire looked at that was losing pressure. There were no cars in the garage and the staff simply said "No." to looking at my car. It was 6:25 PM and the store closed at 7:00PM. Through the entire conversation, the associate was just plain rude and unhelpful.The next day I called in ahead of time to reserve a time and the phone rang for 7 minutes before hanging up on its own. Upon arriving and speaking with the manager, he simply said "its first come first serve and the staff is telling me there were other cars." Simply a lie, there were no other cars visible, the entire staff was standing at the counter, and there was still a good 35 minutes of time before the posted signage said they would close. After being told all of this, the manager refused to help in any way with my complaint, fixed the tire, charged the full price that my warranty allowed, and sent me on my way with no apology. There were a couple of staff members (Matt and Joshua) that I can say were actually helpful and are the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. My friends warned me that taking my car to Walmart for service was a joke and now I understand that. Once my warranties are expired, I will NEVER come back to Walmart for service to my vehicle. Total joke.

Clean, nice folks, just managed poorly. 4 employees standing around chatting while my car was just sitting there for a basic oil change. Took an hour and a half with only 1 car in front of me. They cant multi task very well.

We needed tires at 6 pm and they close at 7. They did a wonderful job and didnt complain. Even after we changed our minds to get 4 instead of 2.
