My car recently broke down very near to the shop, I was almost excited when I looked them up on google and saw all 5 star reviews and people raving about the service they received here, though this excitement quickly faded to disappointment.. My car was towed to their lot after hours, where there was no key drop requiring me to return the next morning at 7:30 AM when they opened. Upon arrival and dropping off the keys I was informed that they were busy but my car would be diagnosed that morning. I waited nearly their whole work day before calling about the diagnosis at 4 PM, I was then told my car still had not been looked at and the gentleman on the phone expressed his sympathy. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the same gentleman "Oh I must not have seen your car in the bay, the mechanic was looking at it while we were on the phone" really...?? Then I was told an estimate and that parts were ordered and would be in on Saturday and my car would be ready to be picked up Monday. Call Monday morning, and still waiting for parts, call later Monday, somehow still "waiting for parts". After all is said and done I head to pick up my car Tuesday afternoon and Im surprised yet again! I came in expecting to pay what was estimated for my car because I wasnt told otherwise, the final price ended up being almost $50 more than the estimate because the diagnostic fee was not included in the estimate.. why would you not include this for your customer? You could have easily baked in the diagnostic fee to the estimate. After paying more than I expected I walked out defeated and disappointed to get into my car. I opened the door only to be greeted by more disappointment and sadness. My car was filthy, black greasy hand prints and finger smudges all over my armrest, steering column, and center console. The only positive thing I have to say is that my car runs again. TL;DR - Took much longer than expected, more expensive than estimated, car came back filthy. Would not recommend to anyone unless you have the misfortune of breaking down all but in front of their shop.

Great, honest, professional staff. I have been using Falcon Auto for just under 14 years. They may be busy enough to require an appointment that is a couple of days out, but they are great to work with, affordable and will not repair your car just to make money off of you (they will let you know when its time for you to unload your vehicle due to an expected increase in mechanical problems). Love these people and will continue to have them work on my vehicles and recommend them to you!

Replacement of hail damaged Headlight & tail light assemblies, & polish R front headlight lens , was worth the trip and service. Have visited the repair shop several times for various auto repairs and have always received courteous and friendly , quick service , knowledgeable and proficient mechanics , answered all my questions and also very convenient for my location in the Peyton area. Will use this service when ever I need a fast and efficient auto repair :)

Brought my car in to fix all 3 of my oil leaks. One on the pan, one on the front crankshaft hub, and the other on my valve cover. They seemed to fix 2 of those but the crankshaft hub still leaks and a new leak formed after they didnt tighten down my oil pan correctly along with one of my exhaust manifolds.. For a price of just under $1,000 I wouldve expected them to have tightened everything to spec.

Their work is okay, the people are pleasant, but they dont install parts from an outside source. Why not? If the parts are new and of correct fitment it makes no sense. Why should I have to pay their markup on parts? Ill use someone else from now on.

This visit I was unhappy with but previously we have been satisfied. I was told there was nothing really wont with the steering on my vehicle. I ended up you tubing the steering and adjusting it myself. I will take it elsewhere next time.

This place is great. Google maps usually is too - but its got this one way wrong. This place is just east on Highway 24 from Judge Orr Road. If you get to the green bridge youve gone too far east. Its right next to Big R.
