Called the number posted and a kid answered and told me his mom was in the bathroom. I asked if this was Premier Towing. The kid was very rude... Asking what do you want. I said Im in need of a tow. Then he kept repeating the company name. I asked him if this was a business and if he was for real and I got a rude response saying his dad was already out on a call. Very unprofessional

The address that they have posted here was a home address. We waited with the ladies kids for almost ten minutes before she came out, only to tell me that my vehicle was not there. After we got to the actual storage lot the guy we initially spoke to was rude and even used the F word in our conversation which I felt was unprofessional. They are also very expensive.
