Besides being the best looking and entertaining shop in Mcallen. As I waited and watched all of the barbers I realize that it didnt matter which chair I said and I was going to get a good haircut because all of the barbers were good and gave great haircuts to their clients. And unlike other Barbara subset Ive been to locally the barbers here seem eager to cut hair and attend to the clientele not like some other places Ive been where they seem like they dont want your money with how long they keep you waiting me and my two sons all got a great haircuts and were in and out within an hour! Plus we got to Watch multiple NBA games on the big screens while we waited. To tell the truth I didnt even want to leave once my haircut was finished! Great conversation and very lifting environment. Nothing like it ever before My whole life in the valley

I called to see if it was open and when they answer the phone didnt even say the name of the place. I went in anyways because I really needed a haircut and I waited over 20 minutes just so they can skip me when somebody else walks in and didnt even acknowledge that I was next in line. Very bad customer service they dont make you feel welcome. As far as the haircut I didnt get one but the way I feel about it is that if you can provide great customer service and make your customers feel welcome to be there it just ruined the whole experience especially when you want to charge $20 for a haircut. So I decided to leave and Ill give them my business

Walked into the place and was not greeted by anyone. When I walked in I asked if I had to sign in and was told no. I was told to wait until one of the guys was free so we did. Three of the Barbers finished about the same time and when my son went up to them he was told that they were going on a smoke break and we would have to wait. At this point one of the Barbers turned up a music video on the TV and it was very loud. We walked out the door never to return. Not a good place to take your family.

Worst service Ive ever experienced at a barbershop. Had an appointment with Sean the owner and he wasnt even there. Waited for him to see if maybe he was just running late but he never showed up. No one greeted me as I walked in and no one asked who I was there for. Extremely unprofessional. Wont be wasting my time or money here ever again.

I gotta give it to fade and blade for my experience and Bryan for cutting my hair he did a great job on asking how I wanted my hair before just doing it also he didnt stop until he saw it was perfect he did a good job on my edge up and side burns thanks Bryan -Aaron

If they dont know you...they dont cut it...i call them and they told mw it was slow to come and when i arrived i wait for 40 mins to other guys came friends of them , and guess who they pick..correct stay away from this new place

Benjamin is the best! I have been taking my 5 year old for over a year and he loves it there. Great customer service and they are ALWAYS on time!!!
