just walked in barber shop today to hear the barber smack a child over and over. you could hear the poor child cry its littlle heart out. i yelled out hello so maybe they would stop but they didnt. this was our first and last time there. they were very loud smacks and smacks that were not on the hand... next time dont bring your child to work if your gonna abuse the poor child or lock your door so no one walks in on you!!

Went in to ask the price of their cuts and the guy right at the entrance was so rude he didnt respond the first time so hubby asked again and he seemed all mad he said I dont know all mad and had this pissed off face, he said why dont you go ask in the back, no customer service at all. If you have new clients coming in you should at least have some courtesy we turned around real quick and left.

I went in to try a new style ,the nape of my neck shaved and designed. I got not even half my hair cut off and it was 20$ . I told him I just wanted lines and left with a heart and squiggles . Its horrible. Never ever going there again..
