Unreal! We just got settled and couldnt get all electric to work in the RV. AC worked but no microwave, or wall sockets worked. If you have ever Googled this problem you know it can be 100s of things...bad inverter, wiring, GFI, and on and on. Not having functional outlets was not an option for us. I Googled RV Repair and found several. Called a few only to get answering machines. Then I called Kens RV Repair. He answered the phone! I explained our issue expecting to get an "I can be there tomorrow" but at 7:20 PM I was shocked when he said "I am at another call about 1.5 hours away and will be there tonight. A mans word is his bond" and thats exactly what he did. He stayed in touch over the next few hours to keep us informed about when he was coming and did! He started diagnosing all the common stuff. After 40 min in the pouring rain he found the problem. Not our RV at all but a bad 50AMP pull in the actual box. He fixed the problem and 55 min later was on his way. He was VERY FAIR on pricing which shocked me. He could of asked for just about any amount and didnt. Stuck with his quote over the phone. He was professional, quick, knew what he was doing and got us back to 100%. Not only will I use Ken in the future (anywhere in the hill country) but I also recommend a nice, polite, professional, and honest guy like Ken to help you. If you have any issues with your RV and are in the beautiful hill country in Texas call him. You may end up being just as pleasantly surprised as we were. What a great service and I have tons of respect for the work he does and how he goes about it.

I call Ken whenever I have any problems, concerns, or updates in mind for my RV! I will only call him because hes THE most knowledgeable, kind, punctual, respectful, and professional tech who has EVER come out for a call on my RV! He does the best quality of work and he doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for it! Instead of these big companies that overcharge and underdeliver, Ken understands that we are all people and could use a price break here and there! He is the only person I trust to do quality work at an affordable price! You cant do any better than that! He came out to fix another Techs work when it was sleeting outside! Poor guy came out and fixed my electric problems without any complaints, and actually was so sweet and understanding! He said he wanted to make sure I was nice and warm before leaving! (Dont remember the exact issue, but basically the heat didnt work) I was so elated to have heat on that cold day I wish I would have baked him cookies! Another BIG thank you Ken!! Youre the best!!

I would like to tell you what an awesome job Ken did for both myself and my insured, I am an insurance adjuster who had to inspect a 20 Travel trailer that was parked under a tree in a windstorm ! I inspected the damages and took a lot of pictures. As you know, adjusters try to get 2 - 3 estimates or opinions. Long and Short of the story, KEN did a more thorough estimate in the favor of the insured and all he had WERE MY PICTURES. The other 2 repair people that actually went out to physically inspect the damages were missing key items that were necessary to do a complete repair of the damages. It is hard enough to find someone competent, but to be able to have someone as knowledgeable, thorough and courteous as KEN is going to be HARD to match. It is my opinion that if you do not at least consult with Ken before making a decision of who will do your repairs, you have not gotten all the facts you need to make an educated decision. Its only a phone call. Make the CALL TODAY !!

We are full timers and Ken has worked on our motorhome numerous times. He was called to replace the motor on our leveling system and did such a great job we have had him out on 3 more occasions. Replacement of water heater, electric step motor and a front coach, flat screen tv installation and remodel. He has worked with and billed our extended warranty provider without any problems. Ken picks up on small items needing attention and gets them fixed quickly and at a fair price. We have recommended Ken to other park occupants who have had him repair non-operating slides to awning repairs, refrigerator replacement and air conditioner repairs and replacements. Each customer he has had in our rv park has been more than satisfied with his work and will call him again when needed. We appreciate his dedication to get the job done correctly and quickly at a fair price.

Had an AC electrical problem.Ken came out and was in a big hurry from the get go. Talked about how he was the best tech around. Said I had a bad plug on my RV 50amp chord. He left to get new one. Came back and replaced "bad plug". Charged $325.00 for one hours work. After he left, had same problem. Called him back and he was not happy. Said he should charge for another service call. Turned out to be a bad plug on the RV park pedestal. After re-checking the chord plug he replaced, he broke one screw and left out another. Now I have to repair that. Readjusted my bill to $150 after big argument. Will Never call him again

While staying at the River Ranch RV Resort in New Braunfels, Texas, this spring (also recommended) one of our slides failed in such a way that it could not be manually retracted. Fortunately, Ken was on site working on another RV and soon came by to assess the situation. He put us at the top of his list and creatively fixed the problem so that we could leave on time. After looking at his workmanship, I can attest to the fact that that particular part will never again fail. Later, Ken dropped by to tidy up some caulking and check on our slide…very conscientious and reasonable. Highly recommended...

I called a couple of the service departments locally for rv dealers to get a turn around time for a wheel bearing fix and they all quoted several weeks. Ken took my travel trailer in that afternoon and had it back to be that evening with new bearings and a new seal job on the roof. All at a reasonable price. As a new travel trailer owner he also spent the time to go through some things to look out for when owning a travel trailer. Great guy who is motivated to fix you up right and in a timely fashion. Ken will be my go to guy for my travel trailer moving forward.

He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and demonstrates his experience in the trade with his craftmanship, and thorough troubleshooting.
