Horrible horrible experience!!! We will NEVER take our business to this location!! My husband took his truck in on a Saturday 6/24/17 for an alignment...5 hour wait so he made an appointment for 8 am wednesday morning 6/28. We even called Tuesday evening to confirm our appointment for the following morning! When I arrived (early) the guy ( no name badge) had zero customer service skills!!! I was informed that 2 people were ahead of me and I would have have to wait....at this time he could not give me a time frame as to my wait!! I went out side and phoned Goodyear they could get me in immediately! When I went in to ask the guy how much longer he again with no regard to my having an appointment informed me that it would still be at least another 30 minutes or so!! I informed him that I would no longer require their services and I was taking my buisness to Goodyear he had no desire to even try to keep my business he just said "okay" I then expressed my dissatisfaction with having made an appointment and it not being honored he proceeded to argue back and used the analogy as "going to the doctor" "you can make the appointment, doesnt mean youll be seen at that time". BAD BAD BAD customer service!!! So Firestone (I hope you are reading this) not only did you loose customers you also lost $1000 + tire sale!!! And I honestly hope that my post will help others realize that it is evident that you DO NOT value your customers!!!

I made an appt for my oil change and state inspection. I waited 30 minutes and they still had not pulled my car in. I wasnt feeling well so I went home and made another appt for the next week for first thing thinking it wouldnt take as long. I asked the unfriendly store mgr how long it would be this time and he said one hour and that I was the next in line. I waited 45 minutes and they still had not pulled my car in. I asked why it was taking so long and he said I was next. I told him that was what he said 45 minutes ago and that he had told me it would take one hour. He did not apologize or act like he cared one bit that he had wasted my time. He said he told me one hour and that he meant from the time they pulled my car in. He did NOT say that when I got there at 8:00 in the morning. I looked in the bay area and they had all these cars sitting in there with their hoods up but NOBODY was working on any of them. I took my keys and left and will never go back. I drove down to the next exit and walked into Reliable Automotive and they were clearly busy but they took the time to do my state inspection anyway. I will start giving Reliable Automotive my business now. Whoever owns this Firestone - you need a new manager!

I recently got my car serviced at this Firestone location and came away very impressed with my experience. I dropped off my car on Sunday after my radiator went out on the highway, and I was able to coast it into Firestone. After the technicians took a look at it I was told I needed a new radiator and radiator fan. The manager(unsure of his name) got me a few quotes but told me that it would be better to wait until the next day because they could most likely find me a cheaper price. I returned the next day and the General Manager Paul Gibson and the Service Manager Drew Crowe were extremely professional and helpful in assisting me on getting an affordable price for the repairs. Overall, I am not only very pleased with the work they did on my car, but even more satisfied with the exceptional customer service that I received throughout the process. I highly recommend this location to others. TOP NOTCH!!!

I came in to get an oil change and alignment check and they told me the wait was going to be 2 hrs so i made an appt. for a different day when i had more time, and i showed up a little early for the appt. I was scheduled for and waited for 4 hrs after i was told it would take 45 minutes. If i knew that it was going to take 4 hrs i would have done it the day i went in and it was a 2 hr wait. The reason i chose to make an appointment on a different day was so i didnt have to wait this long. So now i have waisted my time and day sitting at firestone for 4 hrs when i could have spent that time and day with my family. Next time you tell a customer 45 minutes dont make them wait for 4 hrs. Unprofessional.

I brought my vehicle in for a battery replacement and within a week, I was having trouble starting it. It turns out that the clamp that connects it to the battery was broken. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after that incident and took my households other vehicle in for a state inspection. They added air to my tires and wrote down that all tires were now at 32 psi. Maybe two weeks later, I take my car in for an oil change someplace else and they told me that one tire was actually at 50 psi. Im did not add any air between the two events and Im always careful with the pressure reading when I do it myself. I think its dangerous to bring your vehicle here.

After having 1 mediocre and 1 AWFUL experience at the firestone in Kyle, I decided to try the San Marcos location. Im so very glad I made the move, because the guys in San Marcos were AWESOME! John Paul was super helpful, informative, and absolutely went above and beyond to get my car taken care of with as little cost and inconvenience to me as possible. this more than made up for the debacle at the kyle location! john paul, I thank you and firestone should thank you for restoring my faith in the firestone name! thank you! thank you! thank you! yall rock!!! :)

Took my car in and had the timing belt changed. Got it back and I didnt make it a quarter of a mile down the road and had to turn around and take it back. It was making a noise it wasnt making before taking it in, and a new check engine light came on with a new code related to the work that was done. Check the reviews of any Firestone location you consider. I would not recommend this location. This wasnt the first time Ive had to take my vehicle back to there for work not done completely or correctly.

Called ahead to see if I could get an inspection handled today, with short notice (~30 minutes) as both Nissan and Dodge were unable to provide the service day-of. The guy up front was more than helpful and patient despite him being the only one handling the floor, and made the entire process smoother than expected. I couldnt be happier with my experience there! Their top-notch efficiency and professionalism allowed me extra time before my next appointment, and drives my recommendation.

This place SUUUCKS stay away. I went here to get a flat fixed and the salesman Daniel said it couldnt be fixed cause the tire tread was too low to repair. After an hour of waiting I told him to put the tire back on and measured the tread with a tire tread depth gage and it measured 5/32nds. The minimum legal is 2/32nds. The screw was in the middle of the tread easily repairable. He wanted me to buy new tires. STAY AWAY from this place.
