Worst place ever. Not only did they not fix my transmission the first time it was paid for but the second and third time for the same reason. I lost my job do to it breaking down after it was paid for and Ive been stuck out having to live with my parents because I had no vehicle. They allowed my window to fall down and stay down while in their care and results in rain water soaking the inside smells like mold not to mention the spiders and webs all through out the back seats. My daughters car seat spider webs. So sad and disappointed this man who sounded so nice and sincere truly didnt care. I feel shocked and disgusted that one would care so little. Wonder what theyd feel like if it was their daughter and grandchildren.

My 2008 Mercedes sedan broke down 2 days before July 4 weekend while vacationing in New Braunfels with my family from out of town. I wasnt sure if I was going to be able find to find a quality repair shop in New Braunfels to fix my German car on short notice, but Robert and his team at Legacy Transmission were able to diagnose the problem (water pump, idler pulley), get parts and repair my car and get us home in time for the weekend......they were a life saver. My car is now running perfectly. Honest, responsive and fairly priced......highest recommendation.

A total disaster! I would give him no stars if it were an option. I had to edit this review because Robert called me and threatened to sue me if I didnt. Im just a working man trying to make a living so I cant afford to be in a court battle. I will never use Legacy Transmission again and will never recommend anyone else to.

Robert and crew are awesome!!!! Friendly service, excellent work, reasonably priced. They do much more than just transmissions. They helped me restore the suspension, engine, transmission, and even some electrical on my old car. My ride is now fast, comfortable, handles incredible, and is an absolute pleasure to drive.

We have used Legacy Transmission since it open and loved it! Robert has worked on my our 2003 expedition, 2009 Chevy diesel truck and 2009 jeep. We have used him several times for all types of work. Weve always had excellent service, very professional and reasonable in price. Highly recommended.
