Beware. I worked and took my children here for 3 days. I have never, in my many years in childcare, seen a childcare center in such filth and so poorly operated. The people that work there are very nice but honestly that is the only thing they have going for them. I will list just a few of the complaints I have that need to be known. *My 9 mth old has been sick in the hospital due to a dirty infant room (the regional director stated that I would have to prove that is why she is sick) *Infant room floor was so dirty that I had to throw out 2 pairs of my infants pants just from crawling around on the floor *In the 3 days I worked there I NEVER saw anybody clean ANYTHING, not even changing tables. (they could not properly clean them if they wanted to because the bleach bottles that were supposed to be made everyday were never made) *Gloves were not used when handling food or when changing diapers *Classrooms were constantly out of ratio and teachers were often in the hall talking to each other and not in the room paying attention to the children. *Rat feces were found in the ceiling tiles. *A can of formula was being used that was opened in November (teacher stated it mustve been mismarked) *I found my 2.5 yr old roaming the hall alone on our last day there

I actually give them no stars. I worked here for 8 months and was Lead Teacher in Infants. I was very flexible often coming in early, missed lunches and stayed later. Whatever they needed I did. My mother got sick and was hospitalized and I missed a couple days of work. Then she went home on Hospice Care and I went to be with her. I couldnt take FMLA cause I hadnt been there a year. The Regional Director told me to fill out a leave of absence. Then HR called and said I couldnt take a leave of absence cause I hadnt been there a year. I got an email from the Regional Director and she said I would be replaced and I could apply for a job later. I would start over and lose my health insurance. Then 10 minutes later my mom dies. I lose my job and my mom. This company doesnt care about the employees. Especially Theresa the Regional Director. Do not work here or bring your kids here.

My daughter has attended two daycares the first one being neglecting towards my kid and rude towards me, she didnt learn anything and when I switched to the sunshine house I was impressed with how quickly she was learning her abcs and counting and colors it was a huge turn around from the past experience and they are just great with the kids. Very interactive and they stay on top of the diaper changes and potty training in which I did not see from her previous daycare. Wonderful employees, what can I say :)

Thresea the regional should have her job revoked. She doesnt care about the employees, nor the children. This center is dysfunctional and the rates are ridicoulous for your kids to play all day.. not learn. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Beware: they make employees kids and staff stay when they are sick. They still get paid when you kid is out sick!

This is a horrible daycare. My daughter has been going her over a year. She is assaulted and bullied on a daily basis without and correction to situation. There is huge lack of staff supervision with watching the children. Lets talk about staff, there has been constant change of staff members since she started repeatedly.
