Went to this place for the first time a few days ago. I called around 3:30 to see what time they closed and the person told me 7:30. When I arrived around 5:00 there was only one barber cutting hair and there were about three other men sitting in chairs. I took a seat and waited for the barber cutting hair to get to me. I waited for about ten minutes before one of the guys who was sitting next to me asked me what I needed. Turns out that all three of the men sitting down were barbers but I guess they wanted to clock out early. IT TOOK TEN MINUTES FOR THREE BARBERS TO ASSIST ME. I told him I wanted a haircut and he just got up and walked to the chair. I tried to make conversation with him while I followed him and he seemed very annoyed. While I was in the chair he was rushing with my hair and grabbing my head forcefully like he was angry that I wanted a haircut during their business hours. The entire time he talked to his barber friends about how he couldnt wait to go home. The haircut was subpar to say the least but I just wanted to leave. I felt completely disrespected when all I wanted was a haircut. I work hard for my money and didnt appreciate the customer service AT ALL. I will NOT come back to this place.

Called before coming to get my sons haircut and was told I didnt need an appointment. Arrived 30 minutes after calling and there were about 5 people ahead of us. They have no receptionist and didnt even greet anyone as they came in. We waited over an hour watching them take people they personally knew prior to taking people that had been waiting. I approached one of the barbers explaining I had been waiting a while and was told he would take my son next. He asked me what what type of cut my son wanted and I explained he needed his fauxhawk trimmed. He told me it would be $20 when I was told when I called it would only be $15. He finished the child he was working on then proceeded to take another of his friends instead of my son. At that point I walked around the corner to fantastic Sams and found they were having a special for $10 haircuts. I grabbed my sons and left immediately and of course neither barber said a word. Will never return and will advise everyone I know to steer clear of Elite Cuts. I have never written a google review but with service this bad I felt it was necessary. They need more barbers, front desk help and customer service training.

Had to get the barber to redo my edge up...had to get the barber to clean up my fade in the back... Finally I just gave him $20 bucks and left... Honestly, the barber that cut me up, must have been new or not even work there... Bad experience and when I got home, he had messed up my beard, so I had to get out my clippers and fix it myself... I will say, the barbers up front seemed cool, chill atmosphere, but they should have warned me the barber they stuck me with was a rookie... Well, to bring this horror story to an end, the beard I was growing for over a month had to be cut off because it was shaped so poorly in reference to the natural lines of my facial hair. I managed to salvage the hair on my head, but the lines are a little off... Very frustrating, wont return...

We just moved down here from Oklahoma. My sons had never been to a barber shop so I found them on Google. My husband and I took our 6 and 4 year old sons to get their hair cuts. The first time we went the barber (Roy) made it so comfortable and quick for them and he did an outstanding job. The second time we went, I didnt call for an appointment and they were packed. However, all the barbers cut so efficiently and quickly that we didnt wait for too long. They are very friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Set an appointment arrived early before my appointment to be on the safe side to get a haircut shouldnt have even gone up there terrible service messed the whole cut up simple even Steven looks like complete crap never going again not telling anyone not to go but if u want a super messed up cut go ahead make an appointment smmfh

I moved to Dallas 5 years ago. I was searching for a new barber. I wear a very short natural and the cut is critical to my appearance. After numerous mistakes and mis-steps I found LA Elite Kutz. I have been very pleased with the service and skill of LA (owner). Now my husband and I both use him. I highly recommend this shop!

Friendly atmosphere from the owner down to the new guy was greeted by all 6 barbers. In fact the new guy Eric also known as Big Moe also known as 360 Da Barber cut our hair since we were out of towners with no appointment we were taken right away. Came out looking fresh and clean.

I had a great experience at Elite Kutz. I usually shave my own head, but I was feeling lazy today. Getting a cut at Elite Kutz reminded me of what Ive been missing all these years. Good people, good conversation, three different ball games on...a must-have experience.

Not for white people, tbh i dont think they know how to cut straight hair on top as they are always are shoving me out the door after they completed the fade,leaving my hair on top unproportionate. Ive experienced it enough times to look elsewhere.

Son no longer fights me to get his hair cut. The guys always acknowledge both of us & make us welcome. Ty is not only good at what he does hes great with my son. I have to be ready to wait but its always entertaining

Its the first time in my life that I had to get a haircut twice in one day. He charged me 24 for uneven beard and a fade !!! Im sticking with my old barbershop.. This place is awful
