My daughter started LLC in March this year in their Infant II class. Reason we selected LLC was their infant II teachers. Here are both Pros and Cons of LLC: PROS: 1) Their infant II teachers were great 2) They have smiling faces on concierge greeting you every morning 3) Entire staff know your kid by name 4) Their student to teacher ratio is better than any other school in the area CONS: There biggest negative is LACK OF COMMUNICATION. They do not communicate anything and create huge communication gap. 1) They changed the teachers WITHOUT ANY communication to the parents. As if, parents do not need to know who is handling their baby every day. But we continued to send our daughter there because she was happy. 2) They transitioned our daughter to toddler I section and came to know that when I explicitly asked. There was no need from their side to discuss this with parents beforehand. 3) A 1 week transition period started, during which my daughter was supposed to be transitioned gradually, but they started to put her in next class all of a sudden. They were giving her milk (from home) in infant II, which was strictly stopped the very next day and poor child was left starving. When asked, the answer was IT IS AGAINST OUR POLICIES. It was their duty to gradually make her used to not having milk, if at all it was required. 4) I was always concerned about her lunch, and used to ask it every day if she ate well. I was getting different statements from different staff members. The final day, after 2 weeks of her transition, I was told she never ate ANYTHING in the class. My poor girl was starving each day. I requested the director if I can send something from home while she is adjusting. But alas, it was AGAINST THEIR POLICIES. Top of all the director suggested me to give my daughter, heavy breakfast and dinner, so IT IS OKAY IF SHE STARVES THE WHOLE DAY. 5) She looked drained out and sad every day in toddler class and I definitely knew something was wrong. We are happy we took the decision of pulling her out of LLC

Im looking at these negative reviews below, and perhaps there was a change in ownership or something since the first review in 2005 because I started my child there this Fall and absolutely could not love it more. They are clean, but more importantly every time I have gone to visit (and I visited at various times during each day) my child was either being held, directly played with by a caregiver, or asleep. He is always engaged, and very happy when I come to see him. When I go in each day, someone always says hi and sometimes its the owners. I know they arent there each week because they split their time with the other facility in Flower Mound, but they both have been nothign but friendly, kind and helpful and that goes for both of them. The staff is vigilant about medication distribution, and are militant but in areas that SHOULD be militant - in cleanliness and safety. I plan to keep my child in this program until he is 3 years old, and then I plan to move him to LLCs brand new branch in McKinney, so he will have a year or two before he starts kindergarten to adjust to his new school and friends in the community.

Frustrated I really really loved this school when our child first started. The infant II class was the ABSOLUTE BEST. The front desk staff is amazing. Always greeted with a smile and everyone knows you by name. My satisfaction level with the school as a whole has greatly decreased since then. Communication is a HUGE issue. On any given day you can get different information from teachers in the same classroom. This information is also not in sync with the information you get from the director. It’s been more than a few times I’ve asked a classroom teacher a question and get a blank stare of flat out I don’t know. Tuition is going up every 6 months but I the value is not. Based on the increases, our tuition has remained the same as the infant II rate for two years. One of the main reasons I chose LLC was the reputation of the teachers however, those teachers are long gone and I am finding it really hard to find reasons to stay. I have been in the place before and decided not to leave but after talking to other parents I know I am not alone.

horrible horrible. if you really care about your child, do not enroll this daycare. my son attended this daycare just a week. The reason I took him out of this facility was that my son kept saying teacher is too bad, she squeazed and pulled my arm. she hurted me. I dont know if it is very common in the full time daycare. But, I could not stand that situation. For them, I guess, our precious children are MONEY. And the ladies in the front desk are really horrible. When I said my son wouldnt attend their daycare the next week, they totally changed their attitude and asked me to pay 2weeks tuition because I didnt notice them 2weeks ago I withdraw my son. How could I make 2weeks notice when my son just came the daycare days ago. My son still have fears to go to school after this daycare. He keeps saying about TIMEOUT they gave him. I still remember the childrens face in the daycare. When I walked through the hallway, I coulnt see smile on any children in there.

I have so much to complain about this school, I dont even know where to start. The tuition fee went up every 6 months. They keep accepting new students and keep moving my daughter to the next class, where she was in the class before for only 2 months. The front people are so fake and very unfriendly, I passed them my check every week and yet none of them remember my last name, let alone my first name. I wanted to move my daughter even after 2 months because of the service, but because she found a best friend, I dont have a heart to move her. The teachers are not so great, they are good at complain to drop your kid at 9am sharp, and reminded you to bring supply for class party. I pay $200 a week, they cant even provide napkin for the parties. once I was 15 minutes late picking up my girl, they charge me $31. I hate Legacy Learning Center, and I cant wait to finally move my daughter to another school.

I love this facility. My newborn baby is in the best care here. Not to sound redundant to the other reviews, but mine will be more current. Very clean, the infant room is separate from the toddlers, which my other daycare wasnt. Now my bundle of joy has his own clean crib, his own drawer of supplies, every time I stop in, he is either playing, or being held. I get a verbal and written report card every day, initialed by who fed him, who changed him and when, what was his mood etc. How wonderful. Plus they have Parents night out!!! If it werent for that, we would NEVER go out. We love you LLC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY TWO KIDS HAVE ATTENDED THIS CHILDCARE FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS AND HAVE LOVED IT. THE STAFF IS GREAT, THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE KIDS, AND IT IS VERY CLEAN. IT IS SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO DROP OFF YOUR KIDS AND KNOW THEY ARE IN GOOD HANDS. THE LOVE AND CARE IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
