There are not enough words to express how pleased we have been with Creative World Frisco. We moved to Frisco in the summer without knowing a soul. The entire staff at the school has been instrumental on helping all of us (our 2 school-aged boys and daughter in preschool) transition during this difficult move. My daughters experience at the school has been nothing but great. The teachers are warm, open and caring. My daughter comes home every day happy and talking about what she did that day. Her class has gone on field trips to various locations- from Chuck E. Cheese to various museums. Technology has been incorporated throughout the facility in the form of touchscreen computers in classrooms (that the kids are actually allowed to use) and a Smartboard in the exploratorium. The kids are kept active with very little to no "idle time." Parents are updated on the younger kids day regularly via written communication from the teacher. The staff is extremely responsive to individual family needs and makes a conscious effort to make each child and his/her family feel valued. Curriculum has been effective for my daughter, facilities are immaculate and well-maintained, and the exploratorium is fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable and prompt to respond to questions; they seem to always maintain an open door policy to families. Security is tight with a key-code locked front door and additional internal door and classroom monitoring. Outside play equipment/area is spacious and safe. There is even an indoor gym for inclement weather days or when the kids just need some romping space. Front desk personnel make an effort to be familiar with all family members. Hot lunch is provided also which is great for frazzled working parents. Parents night out once a month, special "day camps" for school inservice days and summer camps for the school-aged kids.. lots of extra services offered that are great for kids (and parents.) Additionally, the administrators make a conscious effort to host many special extra "events" throughout the year (e.g., holiday open house with activities for parents and kids, toy drive at Christmas, book fairs, Grandparents Day open house, etc.) to build pride in the school and involve families. I would definitely recommend this facility, without question. My husband and I have 10 years of daycare experience under our belts and Creative World Frisco is the best faciilty our kids have attended.

I waited so Patiently for those 2 weeks notice to pass by, to say Im so happy my son is no longer going to creative world! The amount of defects we had to deal with in the last number of weeks were outrageous! First of all, they fired his teacher - the only one there who actually done something, done her work. Then he goes to a class with 2 nice ladies, but they are not suitable to be this age groups teachers (both speek incorrect English !),barely doing curriculum with the kids, and my son got a burn on his" touchi" because the teachers there dont understand why Im asking to apply on my kid cream in every dipper change, so thanks to that, he still has a burn. Not to mention, how thay treat your complains and worries - by not doing anything , shifting the responsibility from one to another, or my favorite: listening to you with their back to your face! So when I saw nothing has changed and no one cares I even toke the liberty to address corporate, hopping that someone will take some acts that will help improve this place- because maybe I decided I cant take it anymore and my son will move out, but there are other kids there, who deserve to get a better treatment. And on top of all I want to thank creative world for the best goodbye gift, thay could ever give my son: the gift of lice! I always thought I will meat them when hes gonna be 4-5 or older. Thanks to this place who doesnt notice anything (like other kids that might be scratching and get it) now my son got it and hes only 18m old!

This was the first and only daycare that our 4 1/2 month old has attended. She started at 3 months when I had to return to work and we could not be happier. In fact, I am contemplating not bringing her to my district daycare next year and keeping her here (despite tuition fees). I cried on the first day and Ms. Cindy made me feel at ease. I was able to call and check on our daughter throughout the day. Now, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Emily, and Ms. Sonia in the whales (infant) room are like friends. There is a smaller ratio than all other daycares 4:1. The activities that they do with even the infants are amazing. They are spot on with feeding and changing. They provide diapers and wipes as part of the charge. In addition, each month they offer a parents nigth out that beats any babysitter around. I cannot say enough great things about Creative World. As a teacher myself, this is hands down the best daycare in the Frisco/Plano/McKinney area. The directors, Ms. Elaine and Ms. Brittony are always there and always willing to help. Plus the owner, Raj, is there every day, visible and knowledgeable. A+ in my book! Check them out, you will not be disappointed. As to the other review about security...that shocks me because there are two doors you have to pass through. The first on the outside you have to pass through with a code and then the second door has a code as well. In addition, I think the teachers are highly trained and engaged in the development of each child.

I removed my son after 4 weeks in the school because he had a bite mark so bad on his back it broke through his skin and the teachers were not even aware it had happened. I was told then they were shorthanded that day because a teacher was out sick. Day 12 in this 2 year old room he came home with a bruised eye and 3 scratches on his face. There was an incident report given that day and then a week later I receive a call at work my son has a two inch scratch on his face because he was quietly playing by himself and this same kid came up and tried to take it away from him. While the teacher was explaining what had happened the same kid was hitting another kid with a book. My husband suggested she needs to take care of that. I was told I would be contacted by a director the next day because my son would not be returning until that kid is removed from this class. Friday I called and the director had no idea the incident had even happened. The owner would not return my money for the week I kept my son home and they feel they were doing me a favor by bypassing the two week notice I was supposed to have given. Its nice to look at but they have to give tours all day because there is little to no retention of students.

Im an early childhood teacher by training and am currently a SAHM. My twins attend Creative World School two mornings a week and are in the two-year-old class. This school is outstanding. The teachers and staff are amazing. Our boys teacher is so communicative, warm, and engaging, and I see the love and care she has for her students. The teachers use best practices and the curriculum is developmentally appropriate, exciting, and well-rounded. The philosophy of early education is based on solid research, not fads. Your child will not be forced to sit and do worksheets that will kill any desire to explore. This is hands-on, whole-child, progressive education. My boys speech and cognitive development has soared in just a couple of months since enrolling. I think that kids can fully reach their potential using hands-on, creative methods, and Im so glad I found this amazing, flexible, family-oriented little gem. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and I feel so good about my kids being at this school. We are THRILLED. Thank you, Creative World School! :)
