There was an incident at the facility, an unknown person (worker/parent) came into the facility at around 7:30P and caused a scene, there was profanity and item were thrown in front of the children, during that incident my Samsung Galaxy S5 went missing. The staff there was very helpful in assisting me trying to locate the device. I was told the tape couldnt be reviewed at the moment but the director would do so the next day. She was rude, condescending, and blew the incident off, in my face as if it were unimportant or an imaginary issue. I asked her to review the tape after she began asking the DAY crew if theyve seen a phone. I told her it was unnecessary, they werent present during the incident. She told me she would review the footage so I went to work. Upon returning from work to pick up my children, I see her (director) leaving. She looked at me and continued her passage to the car as if were didnt have an important issue to discuss. I had to go to her car as she was entering to inquire about the information she gathered. She then told me that there was no footage and the tape erases nightly. That is a SERIOUS problem!!! Someone just posed a potential threat to the children being cared for at the facility and the footage no longer EXISTS??????? SHe refused to provide me with contact information for the owner but said she would call and ask her if she saw a phone? How will she remember if she was focused on the hostile woman??????? How will she confirm if the footage from that night no longer exists. There is something that isnt right and I and now im being forced to uncover it

The staff is very unprofessional !!! They are of african decent and speak very broken English. .I have seen roaches when picking my child up. I have even heard stories of abusive tendencies by staff.All they want is your money they first stated I could pay on Tuesday, then it had to be Mondays with each request I complied then it became the fee had to be paid Monday morning, they charge if your child attends or not I found a much better place $60.00 a week cheaper..I would not recommend this place to anyone. .Please investigate before letting your child attend any daycare.You never know whos hands youre leaving your children in.The place appears nice but dont be fooled. I give them 0 stars but I had to put a star before it let me post..BEWARE!!!!

Not so good of a daycare, smells, always about money and money only, at one they accused me of not paying my childcare which was really there mistake in their books, I proved all my receipts they still telling me I owe a week, way too many kids and less instructors. I kid didnt learn nothing for a whole year...now looking for a better place.

The only thing good about this place is the hours. They always change the name and management. Their books were always messed up and they would accuse me of not paying. My children were here for 1 yr and never learned anything. She always came home with unexplained injuries. Try childrens village they are awesome

Terrible place of business. They dont have enough teachers. They lie about summer activities for the kids. Mrs. Ester is very unprofessional. She is bias towards children with disabilities. I had to report her to the liscence board for her unprofessional behavior. Dont take your kids here.
