Joe looked at my Dell computer as soon as hed finished with a previous customer. He plugged it in, listened for the repair code beep, opened the case, and found the problem within a couple minutes. When he restarted the computer, it was working fine. Very fast and courteous service, and he didnt even charge me anything for his trouble. I highly recommend this OUTSTANDING Plano shop, and will use them anytime I need future PC help!

Bad Shop. I brought them a perfectly working computer that I only wanted to enhance my game playing experience. The computer was given back to me with the blue screen of death. It has never booted since. He had the computer for 15 days, and wanted a another week to even look at it, at my expense. I will go to Geek squad. Shame on me for trusting a local old timer...

I took my laptop to NTX because the DC jack was completely broken and the computer wasnt charging. The owners understanding and thoroughness was phenomenal. The computer was repaired on time, and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs computer (laptop or tower) repair and/or work. HIGH CLASS organization.
