Okay changing my review because of a recent discovery I made. So I had my phone screen replaced here 3 months ago and I thought this place was awesome. Good service, even better pricing. Anyways, a couple days ago my lcd was damaged after a really light drop onto carpet. The screen itself wasnt even damaged, just the lcd so I found it odd. I recently moved so I went to a different store this time. They called me 15 mins after dropping it off asking me to come back. I knew something was up b/c most shops need at least double that time. Upon arriving, they asked me if I had my phone fixed in the past. I answered yes. They then proceeded to show me how a ton of screws and a few other parts that keep the phone together were completely missing inside my phone. No wonder it broke so easily. Im not one to jump to conclusion, but since Rescue Tronics is the only other place ive had this specific phone repaired, I have to make the assumption that they had something to do with this. Not sure if it just made their job easier or if they go as far as reusing or reselling the parts but this was very disappointing as I recommended this shop to many people. It really wasnt cool. I suppose if your budget is low and you cant live without a cracked screen, go here. But for those who dont want your phone to have the potential of literally breaking in half and damaging the internals, pay the extra $50 or so.

Ive been going to this place for years - since they were at the old location past Mill St. and called Ninja Repair - and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Between my wife and I, weve had quite a number of cracked iPhone screens, and Rescue Tronics has either repaired the screens or sold screens to me (when I wanted to do the repairs on my own), and theyve even given me a few tips about the replacement kits. Just last week, I went in because my iPhone wouldnt take a charge. I had been having to contort the cord in a very specific way in order to make a connection, so I had known that I would have to do something about it soon. I called ahead and spoke to Jonathan, and was relieved to hear that they could replace my lightning port for around $60 in half an hour. When I arrived, Jonathan looked at my phone, then told me that he might be able to fix my phone in 5 minutes for free... Sure enough, he pulled out some tools, somehow maneuvered his way into my phone via the lightning port, and pulled out...lint! An unholy amount of lint! He tested the phone out and it was as good as new! He could have just changed out the port and Id never know the difference, but these guys are the good guys. I started going to Rescue Tronics because it was a great deal. I keep coming back because I trust them.

Had phone screen fixed . They obviously messed up battery as we had problems with it from day one getting it back. Also was told I would get a call telling me cost before repair but would be around 108$ and then they just fixed it and didnt let us know .ended up costing more than sprint would have charged 160$ . Horrible customer service . Never is a ^manager^ there to help . He hides behind the phone . Was very disrespectful to my wife . NEVER go HERE . Guarantee their work my a** . Only thing they did was offer to charge me more for a battery . They said it would cost 60 dollars . No thank you if I would have let them do it Im sure by the time I got back they would have raised price for that too. Needless to say I would never reccomend this business . Choose wisely . Will never use 3rd party to fix phone again . A broke screen all in all ended up costing me 300$ after I paid them and sprint for an insurance claim .sprint even said work was shotty .

I have brought my iphone 5 in twice in the past month. First time for a cracked screen. He got me in the same day and did an awesome job. Recently I got water on my phone and the screen quit working. He did a diagnostic on it and cleaned out all the water and corrosion on the main board and insides. Discovered the screen had gotten fried so he replaced that. Instead of having to spend $600-700 dollars on a new phone because I didnt have an upgrade yet I only ended up spending like $125. Not only that but he even stayed late to make sure I got my phone back because I got stuck at work and in a massive traffic jam. Store itself is really nice and very profesional. Went to a couple of other repair places to check prices and they looked like junk yard stores. Just parts everywhere and nothing organized or clean. Rescue Tronics has gone above and beyond in what I expected from a repair shop. Highly recommend them.

Great prompt service and good communication. This is the second time I have had to have my iPads screen replaced. I normally dont like surprises, but this one was very unexpected pleasant one. The price was 30% lower than from the other local repair shop that I used last time!! I had to drive a few miles further but it was well worth the minor inconvenience. The reason I didnt go back to the first shop again was due to the fact I had to run my credit card through a business next door, as he only accepted cash, or check payment. My main objective was to get my iPad fixed right by a company that would run my credit card under their name, not through another business where you have no recourse if the work isnt done right. I highly recommend Rescue Tronics. They are fast, dependable and will do quality service at a very reasonable price.

DO NOT TAKE GAME SYSTEMS TO GET FIXED. Took our in, was told it would take 5 days, after the 5 days still had not received a call. When I finally did get ahold of them was told it was the fan and they would replace it and should have it back by the end of the week. A week later still did not hear anything they said fan was just being shipped. Finally got system back it was not fixed at all. Told me to bring it back in. After not hearing from them again I called and they said they could not fix it and would refund our money and give the game system back. When I went to pick up the game system it was missing. They had to order a new system which took another week and we did not get our original refund back.

Ninja Repair did a fantastic job fixing my Iphone 4S. Chad, the Owner, was super friendly and managed to work with my schedule. He did a great job fixing my cracked screen. Then two days later I dropped my other Iphone 4S....good thing I still had Chads number. He met me after work, fixed my phone in 30 minutes! He didnt even mind meeting me at 9 pm on a Thursday night because he knew I needed my phone fixed quickly before this weekend. It was very affordable and both of my phones seem brand new again. Thank you Chad from Ninja Repair. He might be slightly hard to find, but he is well worth the phone call to get directions!
