We at Altus computers stand by everything we sell, new or used. I have never talked to you about this problem, No one has ever called and talked to me or I would of done everything I could to help. Are New or Used machines all are checked before they are sold for Authentication stickers, If they are new, then they would be windows 8 or 8.1 their is only a windows 8 sticker on them, the product key is built into the Bios. so their will not be a key code on it.. Also if new if they are laptops, we do not build them here, and when we receive them they are pre installed with an operating system. , the number is located in the Bios, if you are having any problem with anything we sell, bring it in everything is warranted, and we will be happy to help in any way.

Purchased 3 machines from Altus computers; sold as new units. I had a problem with windows authentication only to discover that none of my computers had the authenticated sticker from Microsoft on the machine. Found out my copies were bad, Talked with the store owner who refused to help. Bad experience.
