If you need an honest repair shop to fix a broken phone this is the place to go!! Originally had a cracked iPhone 6s Plus repaired across the street... Spent $300 and two months later the "digitizer" in the screen went out (no warranty). I walked in to CPR Denton yesterday and the guys working were more than helpful, honest and reassuring towards my needs. I spent HALF of what I originally paid across the street for my phone repair and I got an awesome case too! I highly reccomend this honest business. Oh and not to mention they have a lifetime warranty on the services that they provide and a 6 month warranty on their phone cases... So thankful I found them and didnt go back to the place I originally went to! Very appreciatitve of their customer service, quality of repair and fair prices! :)

I myself a frequent phone abuser and phone case protestor have found my oasis in a desert of over priced and uneducated repair shops. With past experience being "I will have to Google that or look it up on youtube" these guys say "oh yea I learned about that in my training" yes thats right they are trained professionals in fixing phones. I have to admit I once had a phone that was beyond repair and they even had a reasonably priced replacement available in store and told me they would do everything they could to get my pictures and contacts off of my old phone, which they did. This place is the absolute best and if you ever even consider the mall kiosk screen repair over CPR denton then you have made a mistake that I will never make again.

The Manager Tyler is seriously a life saver! I went to him with a cracked cell phone screen and he gave it back to me looking like new. My kids are always breaking their screens and this place has the best prices and NO long lines like going to the Apple store or the cell phone carrier -- They literally work on your phone while you wait! No need to wait for insurance to send a new one in a few days (I CANNOT be without a phone for few hours much less several days). Someone even came in and said their phone wouldnt charge and thought they probably needed a new one. The Manager cleaned lent out of the plug in and the phone was as good as new. Then he didnt even charge the customer!! Unheard of!! Love this place and recommend to everyone!

This is definitely the best cell phone repair shop Ive been to in DFW. My phone was fixed quickly and done well, unlike other shops where Ive had to have it repaired several times before it worked correctly. I even went several years before getting my phone repaired because I had such a horrible experience before coming here. Tom did a great job and I will definitely recommend CPR to all my friends and family for the future. It was well worth the drive from Fort Worth and the price points were very reasonable considering how great they did and how great their customer service is!

I met Connor, the owner after bringing in two smartphones for repair. He offered information on qualifying for a warrantee replacement on one, and beautifully repaired the screen on another. His prices are reasonable, he takes pride in his business, and his work is flawless. I watched him help three customers by providing free advice, and watched him overcome a language barrier to explain features of a phone to a man who only spoke Spanish. This is where you should take your phone. No sales pitch or shady billing, just great service with a great attitude at a great price.

His place is a total scam they do not fix your phone right I have a waterproof Verizon Z3 after they fixed my screen it was not waterproof they would not give me a refund on top of that they offered me insanely low prices on phones that I brought in that were well worth above value I would stay away from this place if you value your money if they find anything wrong with the phone they will lower the value on the quote and that I mean is a little Nick or scratch this place runs like a car lot and used car salesmen they are terrible and I would never go back

I walked into the store 100% certain I needed my charging port replaced because the cable kept falling out with minimal movement of the phone. As I was about to drop off my phone and have dinner with my family while he replaced the port, the very nice employee told me to give him a minute so he could check to see if the port was just dirty and needed to be cleaned for $10. Turns out thats all it was! He could have easily replaced the port and I would have gladly handed over $55, but very happy to save $45! Thanks for the excellent, quick service.

My phone wasnt charging, and while my own attempts at cleaning it were of no avail I was fairly confident that the issue was a dirty charging port. I took my phone to CPR and was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. After explaining the situation to him, said staff member took my phone into the back, only to return it to me not 90 seconds later in perfect working condition. I wasnt charged a dime for this transaction, but if I require other cell phone repair services I will happily give my money to this business. Five stars.

How disappointing. Staff was nice, but I paid almost $200 to have my iPhone screen replaced with a super low-quality screen. The contrast and saturation are much lower, the response time is much slower and typing takes twice as long because of all the mistakes from it not picking up my touch, a problem I never had before. Also theres a very bright spot at the bottom of the screen, clearly a defect. What a waste of money, this screen is almost unusable and since I work a lot from my phone Ill have to get it replaced again.

I had an appointment with Apple to get my phone looked at, but instead of driving all of the way across town, I went by Cell Phone Repair to see if they could take a look at it. They got me right in, no lines, and fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me a thing because of how minor the issue was. Connor, Clark and Tyler have wonderful customer service and educated me on how to fix my issue if it occurs again.

Tyler is the MAN!!! This phone repair company is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My bf and I came in with a water damaged iPhone and unfortunately it was beyond repair but Tyler tried every thing he could to fix it and ended up being honest enough to tell us putting too much money into it would be a waste of time and money! Definitely recommend this spot for clumsy people like myself :-) they are awesome!
