Very disappointed that I asked if they could repair my cracked touchscreen on my laptop. The answer was yes and the estimate was reasonable. I was told it would take 2-3 days to get the part and repair. It ended up never getting repaired and put back together with pieces missing after 3-4 weeks. They took my call after several days when I called about status. The said they couldnt find the part in the US, but could get it overseas for a high price. I told them that before I had talked to HP service said they had it and could either repair it or send it to me for me to repair. I relayed that to Computer CPR, and they connected with them. They called me and gave me a reasonable price. I said go. Another week went by and I had to call them again to get a status. They informed me that they had ordered it and it got canceled. They tried again and it was on order. They promised to call me in a few days. No call. I called again and was told the tech was out and they would call me back same day. No call. I went in and asked for the information. The tech was out again. I asked to get a call back. No call. I called again and they went online with me on the call and found out that it had been canceled again. This had been across 3-4 weeks. At that point I was done. I asked them to put it back together and I would come get it and just run it with a separate monitor. I got it back and there were pieces of glass missing off the screen. The replacement process for this laptop is replace the whole top assembly. Why they tried to disassemble the screen I have no idea. I will definitely go elsewhere next time due to horrible communication, long resolution times, and their inability to fix a simple part replacement.

I have used this company before. Today i was told my hard drive was crashing. We were having issues with slow performance but when we dropped off the computer it was working fine. I was told it would cost $300 to replace the hard drive. So i took my computer to Office Depot (where we bought it) and their tech said there was nothing wrong. In fact he figured out that they had changed a setting which would not allow the computer to start up. Hmmmmm...very interesting! So there are two possibilities here..!. These guys dont know what they are doing or 2. They were trying to screw me out of a new hard drive repair for $300. You decide. Either way i was out $69 service charge. Thanks Office Depot for fixing my computer!

I found this company through Google, and scheduled an appointment with them after a very disappointing experience with Best Buys Geek Squad. The gentleman arrived at my house promptly on the scheduled time, and took care of all the problems and errors that the Geek Squad had supposedly already fixed. He answered my questions about computer security software, and explained what was important when getting new computers for my kids. Their rate for fixing the problems was also less than I paid Geek Squad for the same thing. Its this kind of experience that makes you feel good about doing business with the smaller company that specializes in customer service and follows through on their promise.

I manage IT operations for my company, and Mike at Computer CPR has been a great friend and colleague. Hes always up to date on the latest news, and yet never pushy about getting my account. In my role, Ive had weeks where every other call I received was an IT provider soliciting my business. Mike at Computer CPR is nothing like the other guys. Hes given me advice for years everything from network security, down to diagnosing insignificant printing errors, and hes always been happy to do so. Thats how he runs his company. He gives the same level of care to the single household computer customers that he gives to his large business customers.

When my laptop showed me a blue screen one day I knew it couldnt mean anything good. I called the people at Computer CPR and they sent a representative named Tom out to my house. The bad news was that the hard drive had finally crashed, but my computer was so old it didnt surprise me. They were able to recover all my documents, music and pictures. I didnt want to spend anymore money on that old computer, so I had them order a new Dell for me. They gave me a nice loaner laptop while my new computer was on order and once it came in they put all my files on it and brought it out to setup. Thank you Computer CPR! You are awesome!!

Being a "Senior Citizen", I have gone from being a "Couch Potato" to a "Computer Geek"!! Only it was much easier to be one than the other!! I, of course, messed My New Computer pass the Point Of No Return, or all My "Shadetree" Geeks told Me!! Before giving up on My new Pass Time, It was shown to the good People at CPR!! After a FEW, and I mean FEW, Adjustments, My Computer was NEW again!! Not only did CPR FIX the problem, but I was Shown, at NO COST, how to be a Wiser Computer First Timer!! Thank All You at CPR for Your Help and Patience with a, now much more Intelligent, "Senior Citizen"!!

We are going through a challenging network change. With all the issues our other outside IT group was having, I contacted the guys at ComputerCPR. They told me (without prompting) how they would handle the job - way different and sounds much better than being down for the 4th day in a row... I now realize I chose badly when I didnt choose these guys to do the job.

Be wary, they tried to overcharge me because i look young. They said 60 bucks for a 10 dollar part and 2 hours for a 10 minute fix. Engineer in the back with dark hair is ripping people off. I guess its ok since its Southlake and they dont realize how much they are getting reamed. This is mostly for his sassy attitide when i told him his prices were too high.

While in TX I had the opportunity to take advantage of this companies expertise in computer repair. They go above and beyond for their customers. The owner is a very friendly down to earth guy who wants to (and DOES) fix the issue right! Would send anyone here if they need anything done for their computer!
