Wow... I had an amazing experience here! First, let me explain my situation. I have an old 2007 edition macbook that no longer takes updates and my charger doesnt work for it anymore. I had a project to complete and i absolutely had to find a charger that fits. I googled the charge and saw that Amazon, Frys Electronics, Sears, and Walmart had some in stock but mainly online. I went to Frys and they only had the Mag2 version of the charger, so that didnt work. When leaving Frys I saw the sign for Champion Computers. Due to traffic i couldnt get to the otherside of the street so I continued to other stores to check before returning to Matlock. After 3 more failed attempts at finding this charger, I returned to Champion Computers, literally praying they had the charger. I met a really cool guy named Sami (sorry if i misspelled his name). Sami dropped what he was doing and assured me that he had the charger!!! We tried a 45w version that didnt quite do the job but then he checked futher into his stock an found the 60w mag1 original Macbook Charger!!!! So these chargers are usually $80 bucks, but since Sami found this one to be a charger once used on a display computer, He only charged me $30 Bucks (although the charger was still in good condition!!!!). My next stop (if i hadnt found the charger was going to be Dallas... So Sami saved me an extra $50 bucks and gas money, not to mention he was extremely welcoming and friendly even though I arrived right at closing time! I recommend this place to anyone needing computer parts or have questions/concerns about their computers in general! Horibble service. I got 2 iphone 6 screens replaced & the guy charged me 90$ for each one but when i got it back it was fine for the first couple days .. THEN one hot afternoon the phone was overheating & strarted having all these messsed up lines up and down the screen. I was gonna take it back because he said if i didnt crack it hell replace it but during work i dropped it it & chipped the corner EVEN THO i had a case & a tempered screen protector. The guy just rips people off with his cheap 30$ screens from amazon . BUT what really got me was when I ordered my own screen from fire fix for 75$ & decided that id rather fix the damn thing myself when to find out when i took off his cheap screen that there were a couple screws MISSING! The screws that cover the screen cables and the plate werent there. I called earlier & he said that if they were missing that it wasnt him & he put back whatever was in there. Thats when i asked why he didnt tell me there was screws missing before deciding to continue on with the fix. At the end of the day this guy screws people over & is irresponsible. It was my FIRST time replacing a screen & i swear its in way better condition & screens not coming out of place or anything & thats how you know hes bad at his job. Never going back & wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this shop.

I originally took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to have a virus removed. When I picked it up 2 days later, the computer wouldnt even stay on for 5 minutes without restarting itself. I took it back to Geek Squad and they still could not tell me what was wrong with my computer and wanted to charge me more money for parts, labor, etc. My computer was in worse condition than when I took it in initially. Needless to say, after a horrible, week-long experience with the Geek Squad and $285 later, a friend told me about Champion Computer Laptop Repair. The people there were so friendly and told me immediately what was wrong with my computer. They kept me informed the whole time my computer was in their care and reached out to me without me having to call every other day about the status. Their service was impeccable and they fixed it RIGHT the FIRST TIME and even gave me 30 days to bring it back if anything else went wrong. On top of all of that... they charged me HALF of what Best Buy was trying to charge me. These people really know their stuff so if you ever have an issue with your computer or cell phone take it to them! Youll be so glad you did!

Excellent Customer Service.This guys are expert and very very fast in resolving the issues.I was searching for computer repair shop online and came across there name.I was wondering how come this shop is having 5 star reviews from each customer.With this curiosity i went there and today i am in position to proudly give them 5 star review.This guys goes above and beyond customer expectation.Sam simply rocks.They have resolved my issue withing 2-3 hours whereas other vendors were estimating 2-3 days.i have issue with my laptop hardisk.Apart from harddisk,they have taken care of laptop fan issue too by themselves at no extra cost.There rates are very affordable and best among all the competitors.I highly recommend this shop for all the computer/laptop related issue.Thanks guys.Highly appreciate your [email protected] up the good work.Your exceptional customer service and affordable rates will always keep you ahead of your competitors.

I got a virus removal here along while ago, and they told me that it would cost a certain amount. And they asked me if they could just wipe the hard drive clean, and I said no, there were documents and things I didnt want to lose. They said it would take a couple of days. So when we came back, we found out they had wiped the drives anyway, "saving the documents be pictures" (only the ones in the documents and picture files, not to mention there were programs and things of that nature they also deleted. I could have done a hard wipe myself.) on top of that, we went to the front to pay, they charged us $20 more than they initially said. The virus was gone, put so were some of my pictures and hidden documents, and programs. I dont want any other people to be cheated my this place. Find another shop, there are plenty of more trustworthy computer repair places near here.

I totally Love these guys and highly recommend them as a Cell phone Fix Shop , they once fixed my super broken LED screen on my Galaxy 3 ! SAME DAY SERVICE !!! Today I took the same phone CHARGER PORT needed repair ; (what another shop told me was unfix-able) The gentleman explained my options and pricing and fixed it quickly he also did a FREE DIAGNOSIS on my little sisters phone and explained thoroughly what the problem was; I am super happy with the service and personality of the two gentlemen that work here not to mention that on each of my visits I have come to know that there customers are repeats , this is always a wonderful sign when entering a new business for the first time .
