I was looking online for a laptop repair company for my laptop and found Pro-Techs and they provide excellent top-notch customer service I would recommend them to everyone!!!!! I was devastated when my screen was broken and stressing out how I was going to be able to do all my assignments and turn them in. My other laptop my kids completely broke all the keys on the keyboard. I am a nursing student and my laptop is my lifeline right now. The entire service techs are extremely nice I dropped my laptops off Tuesday at 1400 and was able to pick them up Wednesday at 1200! These guys are amazing both in terms of their customer service and their technical ability. I was thrilled to have them be able to turn around a keyboard replacement very quickly! This place is extremely reliable. They gave me a fair estimate for my broken laptop monitor, and keyboard it was ready the next day way before they said it would be ready. They did excellent work. I highly recommend them! I am now able to finish all my work and be able to take my laptop to class tomorrow!!!

My husband had his screen replaced at Pro Techs and it was great. So I brought my phone there to also have the screen replaced and it was NOT so great. The screen they put on turned everything a strange and faded color. The words are very difficult to read. The screen is so overly sensitive when making a phone call it continually dials number making it impossible to talk. If I need to make a call I have to use it on speaker. I went back and told the employee and he looked at it. He gave it back to me and said all those problems must be because I dropped it. Well, I dropped it over a year ago and these problems began when they changed the screen. Now I have a practically unusable phone.

I came to them asking to replace a broken screen on a white Iphone 5s. I got it back shortly after but the screen was not leveled with the phone. Then after a few days the screen started to pop out even more. Also the screen was going crazy and would randomly open apps and type in letters. It was not like when I took it in. I took it back again and they did a wonderful job on the screen (free of charge). However a few days later the screen started to go crazy again. I decided to cut my losses then. They called me and informed me that I had warranty on my phone. So I took it in and they fixed the problem very quickly. I feel silly for not asking them to take a look at the phone again.

My son and I built his first computer and couldnt get it to turn on. When we couldnt get it to work, we went to find help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy (it was a Sunday and our only option). They couldnt figure it out and they said it should turn on. I asked if everything was at least plugged in correctly, and they said yes. A few days later, I found Pro-Tech and boy am I glad I did. The employee took one look at it, unplugged a few wires and plugged them into the CORRECT spot and it turned on with no issues. The tech was super nice and even helped me to understand computers a little better. I will definitely go to Pro-Techs first the next time I have an issue.

I brought my HP Pavilion in to have the 15" screen replaced around 4pm. Since they already had the HP parts required to fix it, they told me it would be ready the next day. I was shocked when Marcus called me around 6:50 that same day & told me my laptop was ready. I told him the soonest I could be there was 7:05pm but they close at 7pm. He offered to stay 5 min later so that I could get my laptop back. The price was MUCH cheaper than what best buy quoted me. The screen works great & came with a 3 mo warranty on their work. I will definitely tell all my friends & family about them. They also do cell phone repair. Quick turnaround, low cost & GREAT customer service!!!!

Pro-Techs is the only place to go if you are having computer or phone issues. In the last few months, Ive had 2 different computers and an iPhone there for servicing. Each time my issues were diagnosed and resolved quickly. Ive even bought a new computer there and Bill loaded everything I needed on the hard drive so all I had to do was turn it on and start using it. Cant beat that service. Before I discovered Pro-Techs, I was buying from big box retailers and using them for maintenance and repair.. Never again! With Bill and his staff at Pro-Techs, II get far better service and most importantly - I get the service Ive paid for. Ill never again go anywhere else!

The location is convenient and ProTechs is very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional, and always accomplish task on time or even quicker, with great results! Marcus and Bill are the best! I dropped my phone and took it to several repair places in the area everyone told me that my phone could not be repaired. Marcus asked questions and quickly identified the problem. I left my phone with them the next day and 45 mins later got a email that it was ready for pick up and repaired. They are the best, their knowledge and expertise unmatched. Take your phone to a real pro at protechs! Thanks guys for the great customer service!

Best service ever with a very experienced tech named Marcus at the Watauga location. He even stayed late to help us get my grand daughters phone fixedhelped to put extra protection on the screen and a better case with grips to help make it easier to hold on to her phone and not having it slip out of her hand. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. I will never go anywhere else or help with our phone. Thank you Marcus for being the best.

I paid them for "unlocking" the phone, Marcus said that he had the code but he couldnt put it on the phone because i did not let him, but the IMEI was completely free, so I believed him. Next day took it to a different place and explained them what happen, so since they wanted to make sure they check the IMEI and it was not free, they charged me less money, and they unlocked completely the phone. Wont go to this place again.

Fantastic service and quality work! I use my phone constantly at work, so when I dropped it this morning at a customers house I was quite worried. Luckily pro-techs came to the rescue! They had my phone fixed with a new case and glass screen protector in less than 30 minutes! I absolutely loved their service, the technician was great, the price was good, and in the future I will definitely use their services again
