Went to this location and was greeted by mr. nyugen he seemed friendly so I dropped in my laptop for repairs. They quoted me a price of $330 dollars for a screen hinge and the whole laptop cover. I had looked up the cost of the parts earlier so I knew they were quoting 150 dollars more than what it costs for the parts. I took it to another technician and he told me it would cost 150 with labor included to fix it. Dont let their "kindness" fool you they are a bunch of thieves. Also the other technician told me there was damages on the screen when I got it back from them. The original problem was the screen would just go black and still be lighted. But when I got it back from them the screen was totally broken. Dont go to these thieves and also these thrives own the camp bowie location too. So I reccomend not going to them unless you want to pay up to 200 for labor.

I needed a new battery so the old Asian said he would change it for 50 dollars so I waited a week then brought it to them left it with the fat guy and gave him my number to call me when it was ready he called and said the screen was broken and we went there and told them it was fixed before we left it with them they were very unfriendly and were not helpful and then said hey its your word agginst ares and the are thieves and act nice so the fat guy basically broke my phone I do not recommend you going to there store they will rip you off and possibly screw your phone up more like mine and I did not mention it before but it was an I phone 5

Took my iphone5 in for them to replace the battery. The phone would power up and work, just did not stay charged for long. When I went back in to get it, the tech told me something happened when he put the new battery in and it wouldnt power up any more. OH, and somehow it was nothing they were responsible for. So I took a working phone, let them change a battery and get a dead phone? Called three times the following week, only to be repeatedly told the owner was out but said there was nothing they could do. Finding a new place to take my business...after I buy another phone. GRRRRRRR.

My phone had dropped off the top of my car while driving to church on Sunday and wasnt working-the phone would ring and I would be notified of texts but the LED screen was dead. I called Fullbars and took my phone in...they had it fixed and running in 45min.. They were very professional and their price was comparable to all the others I called in the area and they had the part in stock.(another place had to order it-wait 5 days and then install it in 2 days). Great place!!!!

I had cracked my iPhone screen and took it to this location for repair. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Nguyen, the owner and had my phone repaired in around 30 minutes. Mr. Nguyen was very easy to talk to and was very kind throughout the whole process. This store has the most reasonably priced iPhone repair in the area. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who has any problem with their electronics.

Amazing owned and operated establishment. I though it would be a corporate owned place due to how professional the facility is and how quickly and cheaply the glass on that Iphone was replaced, but no its a locally owned and operated place to boot. Support local business and fix that glass screen cheaper than an insurance claim or replacement.

Went here with a phone with no working display. The guy told me to go to the Apple Store instead, but I told him it was over a year so there isnt a warranty. Im not sure what I think, but it really just rubbed the wrong way. To me it sounded like he didnt want to help. Went to another shop and it was fixed within the hour.

Had phone repaired here, worked fine for a week or two, then LCD began to malfunction and they were unwilling to give any discount on repairing the phone. They offered a $10 discount which still makes them more expensive than the place that I normal use on Harry Hines in Dallas. Would not recommend.

Talked to a guy on the phone today at Fullbars about having them replace a broken cell phone face and that I would provide the new OEM face. He said they dont do that kind of work. Apparently despite what their name says, they actually dont repair cell phones ???

You have to leave your phone unlocked with them, I understand this may be the industry standard thing to do but in my opinion this is very unsafe and they should come up with a better method. I was not happy leaving an unlocked phone in their posession.

Quick, thorough, reasonably priced. Great customer service! Unfortunately, I have shattered screens far too often in life, but this is definitely the best place Ive gone to.

This place looked at my cracked phone and quoted me $400+. I took it down the street to Cellphone Trendz and they quoted me $250. MUCH better deal.
