Online reviews. Gotta Love em! The truth is, anyone who has a business has had to deal with at least a couple of poor reviews. Also, if I were to list every bad review that a computer repair shop receives on an annual basis, we would be here all day. Lets get one thing straight: the vast majority of reviews are good reviews. As Im writing this post, I see only 5 reviews, all which have been 1-Star, negative reviews. I can tell you right now that if there were 30 more reviews listed, 90% of them would be positive. Period. I can also tell you that most negative reviews rarely make mention of any true detail that lead to their situation. Im more than confident that all 5 of these reviews are a result of mismatched expectations or simply a bad day on the part of the reviewer. Now that that’s cleared up, I can tell you that I have been using the Computer Wrench for more than 5 years for all of my IT needs. Both household, business and through my own referral. They have never failed to exceed my expectations in key areas of customer service, timeliness, communication and price. Extremely professional with a well trained staff.

I took my sons Galaxy tablet in on August 16th to get the charging port replace. We could still charge it, just couldnt move it at all otherwise it stop charging. I was told it would be completed within a week. I had to call on the 25th since I still had not heard from them, they told me they hadnt gotten the part and should get it in a couple days. Got a call on the 26th saying there is a little tab underneath the charging port that is connected to the motherboard and that it is broken, and they cant fix it. Mind you, again that we could still charge it when we brought it in and that it was broken when we brought it in. When I brought up the fact that I had to call to find out why it wasnt ready, Scotts excuse was I dont have time to call everyone when something doesnt get fixed in time. Now because they broke the tablet and refuses to replace it, I now need to get a new one. Not impressed and will never go back again.

I decided to use them instead of the Computer store. Bad mistake! I knew that I needed a new mother board. I had told them that when I dropped off my computer. I had been quoted $300 by the computer store in Fargo when all said is done. I was told at the most $350. They decided to take it upon them to try and fix the motherboard themselves. 409 dollars later it was done. I tried to install OS and I could not do it. I call and they said it would be more $ and no advice to help me. So I call the computer store and they gave me free advice. THEY (the computer store) are my hero in this situation. I will NOT GO back to the Computer Wrench! BOOOOOOO.

Super incompetent team. Do not take your PC here because they will ruin it and say its your fault. Also they will quote one price and charge you more. Save your money and time and take your PC somewhere else.

they fried my computer..i just took it in to get my hdd replaced and now my pc wont turn on after i took it to them.. worst computer place ive ever seen in my life.
