DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. I took my computer here to get my screen replaced a month ago and was pleased at how fast they got a screen in. Unfortunately, thats the only thing I am was pleased with. I got a call saying the screen they got was defective so they had to send it back and get another one. A month goes by and I get a phone call saying they cant get a screen from their vendor for another couple of months. Remind you that this is all already half payed for and a months time has passed. They basically said they cant fix my computer and didnt seem to be sympathetic about it. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" unless you go here: then you pay and dont receive.

Worst experience. I would advise you to go some where else. They charged me $37 for diagnostic then wanted to charge me $70 to recover my data from my old laptop after it was going to cost $300 to repair. They wouldnt apply my $37 to get my data, but only if I paid $300 for the repair. I came by several times and they werent in the office then told me they could dispose of my data if I didnt get it within 30 days. They saved my laptop under wrong name so initially they couldnt find my laptop. I only how my data is still on the laptop as im going to have to find a way to recover it myself and now Im out of $37 for no reason.

I dropped my iPhone4 face-down on concrete - completely shattering the screen. I researched the companies that fix the faces in town and the options I had from AT&T and Waco Custom iPhones was the best deal I could find. I showed up at his Edmond location before he opened (didnt research hours very well :/ ) He was there and ready to help out. It took him less than 15 minutes to fix my phone and it is and has been good as new. The price and customer service are both awesome - totally recommend! Thank you for your help!!! - Tiffani

I took my Laptop there for a fan issue about a month or two ago. It was some of the most kind business service I have ever gotten. I needed it to be done quickly for my work. I was able to pay a fee available to anyone to get my Laptop done first. I waited about 40 min or less till it was done. Hector had a smile on his face almost the whole time. It was defiantly some of the most Professional service I have ever had! The price was priced accordingly to great service and fair. Thank You for your awesome service Hector!

I dropped off my iphone with small cracks.from a short fall. Phone was still in perfect working order. Lied to me about the cost to repair and broke the inside of the phone blamed me in order to charge me more. Total scam, avoid at all costs if you value your device. They will lie right to your face and cause additional damage just to defraud customers out of their hard earned money. They obviously have no clue what theyre doing. Save your money send it.to apple directly.

Ive taken my laptop here to be repaired twice now, and both times, Hector and the rest of the staff were very respectful and communicative. They were very up front about what they thought the problem was, what their process would be for fixing it, how much it would cost, how long they expected it to take, etc. My second repair took longer than expected because a part they ordered came in defective, and they called me and updated me so I knew what was going on.

Ive used Josh plenty of times for all my ipod/phone needs! he is very nice, honest and quick! other repairers are sketchy, but not Josh! his work is legit, and i will continue to use him, as long as i keep tearing my iphone up! hes done water recovery, home button repair, lcd repair, unlock passcode, and completely rebuilt my ipod because i slammed it into a car door, folding it in half! thanks to Josh at WACO CUSTOM IPHONES it works great now!

My iphone 4 slipped into bubbles in the sink. It started acting up and finally died. I had heard about two places in town but Waco Custom Iphone Repair was highly recommended. I took it there and had it back the very next day & it was working again. I cant even begin to tell you how impressed I am with Josh! He was so nice and his service is amazing. If you have iphone problems dont hesitate to let him do the job for you.

I had heard about Waco custom iPhones through a friend, looked them up on Facebook and decided to take my iPhone4 there. I dropped my phone and busted the whole back of it out. Waco custom iPhones were so friendly and quick at repairing my phone. Took maybe 10 minutes! I will be using them in the future And suggest that if anyone needs anything done to their phone, iPad ect. Take it to Waco Custom IPhones!!!

My daughter Debra has been begging me to go look at Waco Custom Iphones on facebook, so i finally gave in and i was actually very suprised. In the 4 years that my daughter has had an iphone she has had to buy about 5 new ones. The work they do looks good and the prices are actually in my price range. Next time anything happens to her iphone i know ill be traveling to Waco to get it taken care of.

Repaired my brand new Iphone 6S that got dropped in the washing machine after I was told it couldnt be. Its not perfect by any means, hard to type, drops all calls, on off button doesnt work but they put the one on you use when that happens. Guess they did the best they could. It turns on and off.

I went in to WacoTechs today to see if borrow a tool needed to reassemble a device. The guy that helped me offered to put it back together for me. Even though they knew I wasnt a paying customer, I got excellent service, as well as great advice for future maintenance and repair. Thanks a lot!
