I had the LCD replaced on my Galaxy S6 last Sunday. Everything was great until Thursday when the screen started flashing and then went black. I looked at the screen and there was a tiny crack in the side of the display. It had to have happened when they installed the new display because I hadnt dropped it or bumped it or anything. I hadnt even been carrying it in my back pocket as I normally do. Im guessing it cracked when they installed it or it was already cracked and they didnt notice it, and over the next few days it spread, probably from extreme temperature changes. I took it back and they said theres no way it couldve happened when they replaced it, and that I had to have dropped it, and the warranty wouldnt cover it. I will never return to that crooked place. WHAT A RIP-OFF!

Overall I am impressed with this operation and how many different items they can repair and how fast they repair. The glass broke on my iPhone 4s several months ago and they repaired it in about an hour. Overall, I like their service and their employees are nice. I did have one incident where an employee made a sarcastic comment to me and that is the one reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five. The other reason that I am giving them four out of five is because they lack a selection of used/new phones compared to some cell phone sellers/repairers - however I understand that this is not their niche. Overall, I recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Best prices in town on phone repairs. Prompt repairs as well. Honesty and integrity as well. Brought our iPhone in for a tentatively broken LCD, and it ended up just being the connector wiring came loose. They didnt charge us for the repair. Highly recommend Tech Outlet to anyone in the Wichita metro area who needs work done on their smartphone.

Didnt even get a chance to spend money here. Very honest and helpful with a LG brick. Friendly and honest... hopefully I dont have to return for a repair but if ever necessary I will go out of my way to go here. I will be back soon though to pick up some cases for all of my devices!!!

Late on writing a review but they were great! Told me it would be a 4 hour wait to fix the broken glass on my iPad 2, which wasnt a big deal since I was running errands Saturday anyway. They called me 1.5 hours later that it was done!
