OMG, that was the most painful phone call Ive ever made. Super confusing menus, no easy way to reach a receptionist. Never did actually get to the right person because no one knew what was going on. The reason I called was because they have refused to cancel a phone protection plan on a phone that I traded back to them 2 months ago. The Best Buy employee walked me over to Geek Squad and they said "yes, we have cancelled that service for you" now the person on the phone said they cant do that.... on top of that there will be no refund for the service even though it was their mistake. When I asked for a manager I was told they dont have managers and then they hung up on me. Ive managed customer service centers in the cell phone industry in the past. If one of MY agents would have done this they would have been fired instantly. No questions asked. On top of that the audibility of the agent was awful. I kept telling her I couldnt understand her but she kept talking over me. Id rate a zero star if possible.

I used to be employed at Best Buy, and let me make it clear, we did not work on commission. Next time you get mad at a salesperson hasseling you, remind yourself that were supposed to approach every person in the store three times if their in our department, one immediatly, once three minutes later, and another two minutes if their still browsing, as this would imply that they are looking for something in particular. Now, i dont like Best Buy, they treat their employees terrible, and set the bar for standard far too high. Also remember this, when they are pesky about the warranty, we have to sell 5 warrantys a day and if we do not do this regularly, we are relieved of our position. So next time you want to tell that employee to screw off, just remember that.

I went to Best Buy to pick up my camera from a repair, and they didnt allow me to do so unless I scheduled a time to pick it up ahead of time. This new system is terrible as it prevents anyone from stopping in to pick up something unless you plan for it hours or days ahead of time. After buying 12 cameras over the last 5 years I am now taking my business elsewhere. No flexibility to help customers! My experience was awful!

Well the prices are too high plus they DO NOT know what they are talking about. Everyone there starts anything saying "Well i dont know" 199 or so clean the virus and back up is 99 or som dollars... so i went to a place my buddy went advanced computer solutions fargo by play makers ..... 119.00 dollars backed up and cleaned .... what savings

Overpriced yes, however the service I was given was fantastic and they were happy to work with me. I have a warranty on my laptop so I get "free" repairs and upgrades. Every time I go in they are eager to help and love talking tech with the customer. Thanks guys
