If I could leave no stars I would. This place doesnt deserve even one.I took my laptop in Monday for a monitor issue and was told I would hear something back by thursday at the latest. No one called me. I had to have my husband stop by to see what was wrong with it. They said it was the battery and were extremely rude on the phone when I called to ask for more information, because I had no problem with my battery previously. they hadnt tried to hookup an external monitor even though the monitor was what I took it in for. They told me they were unable to do this because you cant run the laptop on ac power without the battery, which is incorrect. I asked for my computer back and was told I couldnt have it and they werent sure when it would be ready. I said I expected it back tomorrow and was told "they dont work on ultimatums". Still dont know when Ill get my computer back. Dont waste your time and money here.

If the long waiting time alone isnt bad enough, here a couple good reasons not to go here. They will tell you that you need a part that you dont need, extremely overcharge you. Most likely raise the price AFTER installing said part because "the part was more expensive than they thought". And then after all that, you will arrive home and realize that they didnt even give you the part that they said you needed (instead you will recieve a very cheap part that may or may not reflect what you agreed to pay for). I was told i would recieve a liquid cooling system for my cpu but instead recieved a cheap fan that cost about 1/3 the price of what i was supposed to recieve. Overall waste of time and money. Dont make the same mistake i did. Nothing but a scam.

Hector has had to clean up my moms laptop a couple of times in the last 6 months when she kept getting some viruses on it. One time he had to wipe it clean and do a complete installation. He also had to reinstall Slingbox which I use to program my moms dvr since I live in another state. All on very short notice since I was only in town for a few days visiting my mom. The turnaround time was amazing (the guy never sleeps). Hector is the most skilled and personable computer guy Ive ever worked with. I wish he lived in my area but since he doesnt he will just have to be my go-to guy for all my moms computer needs!

Hector the owner is RUDE does not deserve a star not even one !!! i took my phone here and said my phone would be done by 3pm and lied and said he had to order a part !! Tired to get my phone back and gave me some lame ass excuse on why he couldnt give me my phone.. His not a professional business man cause a company should run with rudeness !! This man looks sick like if his dying the least he should do is live his last days happy !!!... Bad business please take you business else where youll thank me later .... SAVE MONEY&aHEACHE HECTOR FIND SKILLS ON Customer service!!!!!! God dont like ugly !!!!!

I have an acer netbook and brought it in to Hector after accidentally dropping the battery while the operating system was loading causing my netbook not to boot anymore and thanks to Hector my netbook is up and running again. I saved more than $200 by not having to buy a new laptop.I recommend this place to anyone having netbook/laptop problems.Thanks again!!

My computer totally crashed and I called and got a voice mail from the repair service Ive been using for years. Mobile Computer Repair had a live person who answered the phone (yay!) and got me and my computer back to health in less than a day! Nice people, too. Ill tell everyone about MCR, for sure!

I gotta Say i love how fast these Guys Fixed my iPhone afteri dropped it on the concrete Hard as can be. I would send all my friends to get their iPhone repair in waco to Mobile Computer Repair, me and my Son both appreciate the repair and now we can play our video games together again.

I got a laptop from a friend. It was pretty banged up while shipping. He stopped what he was doing and checked it out. He talked plain and patient, i can just turn a computer on u see. I would never go anywhere else. He even looked at my smart phone that was acting up while I was there!

Drop off my laptop on a Tuesday and they called me the next morning saying it was ready. They removed the spyware and had me up and running in no time. This is the best my computer has ran in months

Ive been taking my laptops here for years, and my 4 year old laptop stroll runs faster and beyer than alot of new laptops, I highly recommend then for all electronic repairs
