I took my laptop to them thinking it needed a new battery. Because the lock to my battery was broken they had to REALLY work to even check it. When they did, they found it only needed a new power cord. Instead of selling me one (with a huge mark-up) they just told me what to order online or get from Best Buy. And then (after about 15 minutes of work), they still only charged me the "One Dollar Diagnostic". They are very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy!

Always get my tech fixed here. Great pricing. They really should advertise more and fix up the building. It always looks vacant.
