I have used them on and off for years. Now they dont answer emails, put you off when you call about the status of work they were suppose to do, and dont have it ready when you go to get it. I wanted them to install an operating system, Office 2010, and move what they could from my old hard drive out of a computer they could not or would not repair. I went on a trip for 80 days and it was to be ready when I got back. I emailed them and filled out the online request 3 time. They never bothered to answer. When I called the day before going down, Bill was rude and told me to come and get it. If it wasnt write I could bring it back. It is 40 miles one way to the store. I went down on Friday and it was not ready. They seemed to have forgotten what they were to do with it. Now it is all my fault that I am mad. It is the last time I go there or recommend them again. Find someone else. Best Buy Geek Squad is better and care more for your business than Bill does.

Took my laptop there with inconsistent charging to battery but otherwise in good condition. The woman at the counter told me she they would be able to fix a jack in-house in a couple of days. Two days later she said jack needed re-soldering to motherboard and fan needed replacing and they dontt do the work themselves, but shop it out and bill me at substantial markup. So I took it to Altex instead (who have their technicians able to do repairs inhouse) and all that was wrong was some dust/hair gumming up cooling system. Minor cleaning and good as new. "Friendly Computers" should be avoided by any who care about their computers and their budgets.

While very happy with the refurbished CPUs we bought, they did NOT transfer data into the same place it was on the old PC. Was told we needed to buy new software in order to do so ($80.) and then was charged $90. for time spent doing it. STILL wasnt transferred to where we wanted it (couldnt get to it). Bryant rudely told me on the first trip and wife on second trip that it "was on there" and that basically it was our problem if we couldnt find it. Were both over 65 and dont "speak computer" and didnt appreciate his attitude. If it werent for a very nice agent at Quicken, we would still be unable to get to it. Wont be back.

I have been a customer for four years will not do business here again. The employees keep changing the customer service is no longer there. All they want is your money. They dont stand behind their work. They dont care how a down computer effects my business. As long as it is not effecting theirs -its not a problem. I feel sorry for Bill he used to have a great company now its so-so at best. Unfriendly unlnowkddgable help does it every time.

Been a customer for years and have been super happy with the service. Recently, our router in our office starting tanking and our internet kept dropping, so Friendly Connections recommended buying a new commercial grade one. After I bought it, they came over, installed and configured it, and was in and out within an hour. Our internet has been stable since with no issues at all. Pretty straightforward service and most importantly, friendly!

I have a 12 year old going on 13 year old laptop. It is starting to go and nothing on the laptop would transfer onto a portable hard drive. I decided to find a local place that had more knowledge then I and could help. Everything went smoothly and all my important stuff had been backed up. Thank you so much and worth every penny. Weve had some major networking and personal software issues in our office, and theyve fixed all of them! They are way more affordable than Geek Squad, and speak in terms that anyone can understand. We booked an appointment and they came to us and fixed everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Talk about someone that knows his stuff,WOW!! This guy got right to the problem and had me up and going faster and better than ever. I had a lot of questions and he gave me enough info to qualify me for some kind of computer science degree (I would think!) Seriously this man has mad skills. Call him.

Do not take your computer there they are rude and take your money and do not stand by their work, and later want to come to house and charge you again to repair what they told they had done. Terrible and expensive
