Took my phone here back in December because it was cracked. They replaced the screen but it was not on secure enough and the screen was coming up at the top. My camera stopped working a couple of weeks later. Brought it into the Apple store Genius bar and they said that could not replace the phone since I had gotten my screen replaced from an unauthorized apple dealer and that they were probably the cause of my camera not working. So I brought it into CPR again and they fixed my screen. I let them know about the camera issue and they said they would look into it. They also let me know that, they had nothing to do with the camera not working because when they replace screens they dont even work in the back of the phone. A few days later CPR let me know that my board had blown out and that it was my fault because of the way I brought it in. Later, I found out from another employee at the Norman location, that the board had blown out on their end so I would not be charged for it. The manager, Garold, attempted to charge me $65 and claims that he was cutting me a deal. I picked up the phone about 2 weeks later and the screen still does not work. It froze many times and when I tried to scroll on anything it would scroll the opposite direction. It also could not download apps and my finger print sensor would not work. Another thing, I brought in a 32gb phone and the board replacement was 16gb. Again, because "it was my fault" and he was "doing me a favor",and they basically were not going to give me the 32gb that I came in with. I took it back in and they claimed that they had fixed the screen problem but here I am today with the screen still doing the same things it was doing before. To add to the issue, they couldnt fix my finger print sensor. I called cooperate to see if they could help me. They opened a support ticket and asked the owner to give me a call. (Which he/she didnt do) I ended up getting a call from the manager Garold; who tried to scam me out my money. He was very unprofessional, getting upset, and almost called me out my name. Then hung up in my face. I called cooperate again and she sent a follow up to the owner. I recently got a message from someone (Im thinking is the owner but they didnt say who they were, so I cant be for sure) saying they would call me the next day but surprise surprise not one phone call. Something shady is going on with the Norman and Moore locations. After all of this, I would rather have my terribly cracked screen because AT LEAST all of the functions worked correctly. Went in to have my iPhone 6 repaired for screen cracks, speaker and camera damage. The staff was extremely professional, the store was clean and they were able to fix it all as a walk in with another customer in front of me in an hour! I would suggest to anyone to bring your phone for repair to this location, or any of the others in the OKC metro area. I have gone to the one in the Belle Isle area, as well and got the same result. Amazing place!!

CPR ordered multiple parts in an attempt to repair my phone. They worked very hard and tried several trouble shooting options. I could not have been more impressed with their customer service and the effort they put forth in trying to repair the device. In the end, they were not able to repair my phone, and in return they did not charge me a penny. I would rate them 10 stars if possible and would recommend them to anyone!!

This place is wonderful. My husbands phone wouldnt charge and we couldnt figure out why. We took it to them and they fixed it super fast. They also replaced the screen on my husbands iphone and didnt charge an arm and a leg to do it. And when they screen wouldnt work, they replaced it again at no charge. The people who work there are really nice and know what they are doing. I wont take a phone anywhere else.

awful service, everytime i come out of there there is always something else wrong. just last week i took my phobe in for a new back.. all they needed to know was the model # but insisted to take it back. ive never had a problem with my phone. he was in the back more than 5min. he came out saying i need a bew battery? everysince my phone just stopped working. i do not reccomend going to them. #pissedoff

Very knowledgable and cheaper than Apple! My iPhone 5C wouldnt charge, took it to the apple store and was told I could buy a battery, but there was no guarantee it would fix my phone.. Brought it here and it was fixed in moments. He took out lint from the charging port and the phone was charging again. They saved me $80 and a lot of stress!

So impressed. I just called these guys and told them if i needed to make and appointment or just drop off my phone. They asked me what was wrong with it and if i tried different things....which I did and they pretty much gave me some suggestions on what to do next and it was all on the phone. Extremely polite and patient. Im glad i called

Took my cellphone in expecting to leave it for repair. The guy realized the problem right away. The graphic skin I put on it was covering a sensor making it not work correctly. I wanted to pay for his time and knowledge but he refused. Very professional. They also repair game consoles and other small electronics.

Everytime I have taken a device to them for repairs, they either said "We dont have the parts to fix this.", or "Itd just be cheaper to buy a new one." Im beginning to question what it is they do there. These people dont fix stuff. They just tell you to go buy a replacement for full price.

I took my iPhone 5s to another local shop who told me my phone was irreparable for a non-functioning screen and bad battery. I took it in to Gerald at CPR and he had it back to me in about 2 hours. Excellent service and highly recommended as long as Gerald is involved.

Brought in my daughters completely shattered, nonfunctioning iPhone with not much hope. They replaced the screen in 20 minutes and it is back to perfect condition!!!! Wow! So impressed with this place. Will be back for any of our phone issues.
