Dear Aaron and Anthony. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the service you provided me! You were great on the phone before I brought in my computer, but then you were HORRIBLE when it came time to provide quality customer service/communication and repair my computer. I was hesitant to write this review, because i didnt want to tarnish your “5 star reputation” on here, but 10 days later my computer is running worse than when I gave it to you so i feel I must. As you know, I gave you my computer when I left for my 5-day trip so you’d have plenty of time to work on it and I wouldn’t have to be without a computer. when I got back You, Anthony, told me, that UFO computer will email or call me before you start working on it and let you know what we find. 5 days later there was no communication. I called 2x and no return call. I had to call a 3rd time and I get Aaron – who should not be talking to customers. He tells me my computer is being worked on already without anyone calling me. (You couldnt even follow your own operating procedures.) Also, I laid out simple instructions in a Word doc and there were many things you didnt address. You didnt install the Bluetooth driver or address many of the issues of why my computer slows down or blows large amounts if air at times. True, you removed the virus. Thank you. But you didn’t charge me when I came in because you knew you were so lame with the way you handled my situation (Aaron said to me, "I’m embarrassed.") Even when i picked it up and Anthony greeted me there was no apology or explanation even from Anthony. Now I will have to bring my computer in to someone else. Do everyone a favor. Either close your doors or get your act together. Im wondering, did you pay for those nine 5 star reviews or is that friends and family?

Well, for starters, its been about a 6 months since Ive been to the location..but my experience is I had a spill issue with keyboard on my Asus Laptop....keys responded sporadically, keys not responding, etc... So I took it to UFO and I was told it would be no issue. Now, let me state this now....Mouse pad was the ONLY thing working WITHOUT issue...now fast forward to when work was completed. The keyboard was fixed, BUT now, the mouse is so sensitive it highlights and drags with the slightest touch...I was told to lower the sensitivity of my mouse.....which you cannot do on this laptop because it is a multi-touch, I was then told how Asus (one of the best computer makers in my opinion) shouldnt make multi-touch mouses because they are too complicated.....lets just ignore the fact that now a days, pretty much all tablets, laptops and computers are multi-touch.... brought it back twice only to be told after having my laptop a total of 2 days on two occasions that there is nothing that can be done...I was able to over look damage to the cover of my laptop computer in the attempts to remove the cover but I paid a bill for what? To trade a broken sporadic keyboard for a sporadic mouse?! Heres the kicker, my "compensation" was 10% off my next service....yea, good luck staying in business guys! I had to buy a wireless keyboard mouse combo anyway. Shouldve just done that from the beginning and I would have saved wasted gas, time, and annoyance.

I took my laptop to get my power plug fixed since it ended up being pushed in and couldnt be charged. The guy I talked to was really friendly and quick about getting me a quote (which was better than anywhere else I had called around to) and he got my laptop fixed and ready to go within a few days, which was nice because I had classwork to get done. I would definitely go there again if I need help in the future. They keep you up to date on your repairs and arent like some places that try to confuse you.

I took my laptop into them; and, not only were they really nice and informative, they found the problem within fifteen minutes and had it fixed in another fifteen. They let you know how much things will cost before they do the work so you can decide if its worth it. My problem happened to have a quick solution (a broken hinge cause some things to shift, so the power wasnt turning on before), and it didnt take them long at all to find it.

I took my laptop in as it was having keyboard issues. Michael, the owner, and Sylvia couldnt have been more friendly and professional. They went above and beyond, and I will not hesitate to use them again. The customer service was impeccable, the work was top-notch and quick, and the cost was more than fair. Im happy with my experience at UFO Computers. Highy recommended!

The initial experience was good, however over time I was unable to make contact with the local office people and they refused to return my calls. Also, my email was hacked by a virus and I had "so called" protection with Trend programs designed to detect and remove unwanted malware. The most aggravating was the lack of response from the local office.

I have been trying to reach this company for two weeks. First, I called. Was directed to a website to create a ticket for assistance. No reply. Then I called, left voice mail, three days later still no reply. They received very good references so a little frustrated but moving on to someone who will return emails and phone calls!!

I used UFO for my security system and I could not be more happy. The technician came out right away, gave me a great quote and before I knew it the system was installed. These guys really know customer service. If I ever need another camera system or work on my computer I will be sure to call you guys.

Just had Austin come over from UFO and 30 minutes later he has my IT issue fixed! I beat my head against the wall for the last few days on google trying to figure it out. SAVE your time and call these guys. Very reasonable with time and cost. Will do business again

Dont go anywhere else....They kept me appraised of my computer issues...and made me aware of the possible problems and possible cost. Got my computer back the next day and at a very affordable cost. Great Job!
