This is place you need to go. I had taken my laptop in because it was slow and sluggish and it was driving me crazy. I had taken it somewhere else first and got it home and experenced the same thing. After spending a frustrating 12 hours working on a project, I gave up and called Click Computers. It was New Years Eve and I wasnt expecting much. However, I was surprised. He said bring it in. There were quite a few people there and everyone was dealt with cordially. He called me at 5:00 still working and asked me if he could keep it for the night. After all, keep in mind, it is New Years Eve. He had it ready for me on New Years Day. I picked it up. Got it home and was still having a bit of a problem. Again I had a project to work on. He came over and it turned out it was something I was doing. Would I use Click Computers again? Absolutely!!!!!! Would I recommend Click Computers to my friends and co-workers. YES!!!!!!! This is the way a business should be run by someone who cares about their clients and cares about company brand. I highly recommend Rob of Click Computers. This is my go to computer company! They will fix it, they will understand and make it better and guarantee their work. What more could you want!

Really had an awesome experience with Paul. This tech really knows what he is doing. As many of you may already know, Time Warner Cable makes port forwarding very difficult for businesses. You can see tons of blogs on the issues and frustrations business owners have. TWC and Linksys (Belkin) could not figure out my issue. I spent hours on the phone with each of them. All they did was blame each other and had me going back and forth. I gave Click Computers a call. Not only did Paul fix my issue in about 10 min, but helped me hook up all of my security cameras. Talk about service!! These guys are the best. Do yourself a favor. Call them. Time is money and they will save you a ton!!

Being a Senior citizen, I worry about getting things repaired. I highly recommend Click Computers for all of your computing needs. They answered tons of questions for me regarding computer operation and about the repair I was requesting. I could go on and on but to sum up, they repaired my old Vista system at a very reasonable cost and took the time to start up the system and show me anything I might need to know and answered a ton more questions when I picked it up. They are Awesome! Do not hesitate to use this company for any and all of your computer needs. I found them to be extremely fair and honest.

Excellent experience. Laptop took six minutes to boot and the screen constantly froze. Took it in, they replaced the screen and removed a defective solid state boot drive. New screen is great and machine boots in 30 seconds. Work completed at quoted price and they went out of their way to save me money. Dropped off at close of business Friday and picked it up midday Tuesday. Great to know there are true professionals in the PC repair business. Staff highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Look no further!

I was having unknown problems with my computer. Just a few descriptions and the tech had an idea that my problem was simple and easily taken care of by me. I did what he suggested and it worked. Then I started thinking how easy it would have been for him to just say "bring it in ,well look at it" and yet he didnt....he helped me fix it my self. Thats integrity. We bought a new computer for my husband last year. SO. SLOW! Brand new, and we thought it had all the storage and processing speed we would need. But no. Took it to Click Computers, and they immediately diagnosed the problem. Three days later, we picked up the computer, and it was at least ten times faster! Laptop was in a nasty house fire. Laptop body and screen were cooked yet hard drive was working. Charles was able to find an exact computer model he had in the store and placed the hard drive in the new computer. It all worked! As if nothing happened. The hard drive was replaced with an imaged SSD. With all that heat who would want to continue with it. It was a blessing.... Thank you for the quick response
