Horrible experience! Bill the owner put a faulty screen on my phone, after paying 108$ staff wanted me to pay another 108$ to get the issue "fixed". Took it in for screen repair and came out with a bigger problem! After taking phone to manufacture (Apple) technicians without even knowing I took it to a third party, knew the screen wasnt the original screen because how bad the quality of screen this place had insert! They also put a FAKE sensor on my phone!!! I couldnt believe it until Apple tech showed it to me once they had completely removed it and put a new manufacture screen on. This place went as far as calling the police on me because I said I wouldnt leave until they made it right!! Of course police didnt do anything since I was in no way crossing the line or doing anything illegal. This place just wanted to intimidate me and belittle me! Please pay the extra $20 and take it to manufacture to get it done correctly the first time around. Save yourself the trouble and stress. RESPONDING TO OWNERS RESPOND: Sir, you have already been untruthful about your services and you reply to my posting with more lies? First off, my husband was the one whom picked up the phone from your office Saturday morning for me as I was busy. I PERSONALLY WALKED IN YOUR STORE WITH MY CRACKED SCREEN AND ASKED FOR YOUR SERVICE RATES. Let me remind you, you even comment on my shirt I was wearing asking if I liked hockey! So dont come on here making me look like a liar when youve already proofed your dishonesty enough. Second, you NEVER drop back to the store to talk face to face to me, your employee Chris had to call you from his personal phone to ask if you could go inn to talk to me and resolve the issue in which you declined stating you were busy and you were willing to talk through phone. I then tried to talk to you in which you were not letting me speak, you already were aware of issue and automatically talked over me stating "Im tired of people like you who come in and try to give me the same story youre telling Im not giving you a refund so you need to leave the store" in which I replied, "I will not be leaving until you make it right." That is when you called the police, police showed up, I took the inicitive to tell police what exactly was going on, since they saw my dimenor and how I was in no way crossing the line, they suggested I take it to civil court! And no one had to escort me! YOU WERENT EVEN PRESENT and if you say Im lying, SHOW YOUR CAMERAS! I challenge you to do so to see whos lying, cameras cant lie sir! Side note, You indeed put a faulty screen as well as a fake sensor on my phone, Apple gave me a report over it in which indicates what I just mentioned. Apple currently is holding for evidence since they were the ones who removed your faulty screen off my phone for further evidence. Manufacture wouldnt lie sir. Another lie you state, its roughly $20 extra, Apple charged me $129 to replace your faulty screen, cant lie about that one, anyone can call any Apple Store and verify what Im stating.

I wish I could agree with the other reviews but sadly I have to say the customer service at this store is a little lacking. I took two iPads to get repaired and was told I would have something done by in two days. I called Monday with was the second day and was told one of the iPads was fried which I understood no biggie but then the rick the tech guy kept on on and about how I could of had my house burned down and I thought nothing of it at first but he kept on on and kind of rude but I let it go. He second iPad I was told he had been to busy to get to it so he would call me later that day with results which did not happen. I then called The next day to see the status on the iPad and was told by Rick the tech guy that it was not ready because they are to busy which I said no big deal ill be by to pick it up to take it to another store and the manager Rick the tech guy got rude and sounded upset saying well if you pick it up you will be wasting my time saying that he had already took it apart so he would charge me 25 dollars for nothing for doing so. So I then called the owner becaus I felt the guy could have been a little more courteous and I was confused on to why Id have to pay anything since they did not do anything to he iPads. The owner was a little more professional said that the other iPad hasnt even been touched so I wouldnt have to pay anything. Im sorry but do not lie for your business if you havent done any work to it why did Rick say that he had taken it apart when he clearly hasnt even had a chance to look at it. Im sorry if you cant be honest I dont want to take my business to you. Treat customers with respect and they will respect you. I cant trust someone that can not be honest with my propert. On the other hand the other guy that was there when I picked up my iPads was nicer. Other than Rick ruining the business I cant say Im to upset on the experience.

Was reccomended to go here to fix my MacBook Air after being told by Apple it would be 500 to fix the whole thing. They told me Apple was screwing me over & that it was most likely a battery problem. Then it changed to a charging port problem (that Apple had already replaced but they said Apple lied about it). One week later, had received NO updates from them and called. They said “oh so sorry we were wrong on our diagnostic it’s the motherboard.” Ok. Went to pick up my laptop bc they said to come get it and I’m standing here waiting because it’s not even put together? Long story short: big waste of time

I have been here before to get a phone repaired and the results were great it worked like new, i went in today with a crashed hard drive.... long story short I am a cinematographer and i was on vacation and all of the footage i had was on my laptop on the 6th day it crashed and was not even making a noise i thought it was a lost cause but with the help of Chris and the other associate I was able to get back all of the data!!!! Words cannot express how relieved and thankful i am that all of the data was recovered! I would recommend this store to anyone that needs any of these services!

Bill the owner is a conman and they screwed up my computer more than it was. They could NOT figure out what was wrong And had no idea how to reload my Office back on and now I may have to purchase again. These people are bad bad news. Dont let them mess up your computer. And the people working there are ill-equipped to work or repair anything! I told them to wipe clean because they could not find the virus and they left it absolutely blank with no Office and may have blown my power supply with their "universal chargers". Dont let them do ANYTHING to your things!!
