Ive learned to lower my expectations related to customer service now days but I at least expect honesty. That has not been the case at this facility. I took in my ipad4 because it was not charging. Tech Chas takes a look, plugs it in. looks at the charging port and says "I can see a bent pin in there, those are more fragile than youd think". OK... he estimates repairs around $50-$60 and ready today. Later that afternoon Chas calls and said it was not the charging port but the battery that is the problem and although he does not have that battery in the store but will check with his other locations so as to get one quicker than ordering. Chas says he will call back to let me know. About 24 hours later, not having heard from Chas, I called. Valerie checks with tech Chas and tells me it needs a battery. I told her I was informed of that yesterday, she then said they do not have one but will check with their other stores before ordering one to try and expedite things........hmmm, sounds familiar. I explained to Valerie that was exactly what I was told yesterday and ask if that was not done, she ask Chas and then tells me they will make sure to do that. I guess the answer is obvious here, sadly I did not believe they even care. Moral of the story... If honesty, forthcoming and some degree of concern are high on your list I suggest going elsewhere.

If I could give a zero-star review I would. I spilled a soda on my 10.5 inch Samsung tablet and took it to this location almost two weeks ago. They told me the screen needed to be replaced, andcost to replace the screen would be about $80 and it would take them approximately a week and a half to two weeks to get the screen in. I called them today to check on the status and they told me that not only did they order the wrong screen, but the price has changed dramatically from $80 to $300. When I asked the manager Mason how a mistake like this could happen, he said the he did not read the model number correctly which is printed very plainly on the back of the tablet. Rather than deal with these folks anymore I went and picked up my tablet and took it to CPR on Sundance in Round Rock. They took it apart and found out the screen did not need to be replaced at all! All they had to do was clean a couple of contacts and the tablet is like brand new with no issues or malfunctions! Not only do I feel like there is a level of incompetence at Cellairis, but I also feel like I was being conned. Folks please do yourself a favor and when you have an issue with the technology that is so important to our lives nowadays take it to CPR, I would not recommend anyone take their phone or tablet to Cellairis.

Wow, I wish I would have read the reviews a little closer before I decided to pull the trigger on this company. I brought my iPhone 5 in to them because it was unresponsive. They informed me that I needed a new screen and quoted me a exorbitant amount of money. I called around and got a much better quote from a shop on Williams. I brought my phone over to them and 2 minutes after handing my phone over they hand it back working. Turns out that the screen was NOT bad and the device just needed to be reset. I agree with Matt Dawsons review, I was being conned. After all this, I started doing some research and it is plainly obvious that a majority of their reviews are fake and done by the manager or other employees.

Im glad I called ahead. The location did not and would not honor their "guarantee". On there website it states "LOW PRICE GUARANTEE Repairing beats replacing, and Cellairis beats all other phone repair companies with a guaranteed lowest price and speedy, professional service." Which is a lie. Go to Longhorn Mac Repair in Pflugerville, they list there prices on the website and do the work for less than this ripoff shop who lies on there website and hides there prices just to overcharge you.

Cellaris in Georgetown is amazing and awesome! I called and they said they werent busy and I walked right in and they fixed my phone right there and then. Didnt take longer than 15 minutes. It was pretty cool. It was great experience. They customer service was wonderful and super nice. I highly suggest for any troubleshoot problem or any phone problems to come here!

Worst quality parts ever!!! Everything white on my phone started appearing blue after their repair. The poor quality screen caused my phone to not power on at all. The people at the store didnt care, so I went to another shop who fixed it and saved my data. Only come here is you want to be ripped off with cheap quality parts and poor workmanship.

Joseph was awesome!!! He helped me get my sons phone fixed in 30 minutes. My son has the iPhone 6 and the screen was shattered completely and the home button was missing. They fixed the phone and the home screen button in a matter of 30 minutes. Joseph was extremely nice, professional, and very helpful. I recommend anyone bring their phone here!!!

These guys were great. A man greeted me at the front door of Walmart and offered a free screen protector. He walked me to his store and while another man installed my protector Zain. I think, explained the services and programs. I will be back with my granddaughter and buy her their protection plan! Great guys! Old fashioned customer service!

Id give it 4.5! Although it took longer than expected, very happy with the professionalism and service. The screen protector added to the iPad is almost invisible and doesnt hinder the touch screen whatsoever. Thanks guys!
