Both Michael and Robert really know their stuff, and it shows in the great problem solving that my friends, family, and myself have all been fortunate enough to have been provided with at reasonable prices on our various laptop and desktop computers. This is a long overdue 5-star review as it seems to have been 10 years or so since I first appreciated their services when a hard drive began to go bad. If they arent the right ones for any certain need, they are able to refer you to who is. A+! Thanks, guys.

After my local computer repair shop told me that my laptop wasnt repairable, I called Austin PCTech. I spoke to Robert, who was very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. They were able to get my laptop up and running quickly, and their prices were more than reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to call on them again!

Does not have the skills - had me work on their network projects as he knows nothing about setting up networks. Then did not get paid for the work performed even though client paid him for satisfactory work. DO NOT RECOMMEND - to work for or for repairs.

Charge higher price than what they told me over the phone; damaged a part of my laptop, for 2 months kept telling me that they cant find the part from their suppliers. it turned out the part is over $100, and they are not willing to pay the price!!!

Fast! I needed a broken laptop screen replaced and they ordered a new screen, recieved the new screen, and replaced my old screen... all within a span of 24 hours! Robert was so helpful and communicative during the whole process!
