I won a one hour service call gift certificate at a school auction. We had a "to do" list of several items that needed attention on our home computers and laptops. Jonathan. the service tech, was able to address and resolve all of our problems within the hour--yay! Based on the Frankenstein staffs input and my research, I purchased a new computer, as ours was going to cost more to upgrade than to replace. Jonathan came out again, set it all up and made sure it would "communicate" with the other devices in our home. In addition, he wiped our old computers and made recommendations on how to dispose of them. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to my friends and family. I look forward to using them again!

I called this morning and talked to John. I told him that my laptop was having issues connecting to the internet, and I needed to make a same-day appointment to take it in. After I explained the symptoms, John asked me if I have a few minutes to try something out, before I took it in. He walked me over the steps to uninstall a few network adapters, and then reboot the laptop. Sure enough, that fixed the problems I was having, without the need to take the laptop in, and at no charge! While I was impressed with John’s technical skills, it is his honesty and integrity that impressed me even more. This is definitely A++ service in my book, and I would have given him more than 5 stars if I could :-)

Go here first. I called 5 places looking for an electrons repair shop that would solder a broken power terminal on an led light board. I was met with "we cant work on those" by everyone I called. I just needed a connection re-soldered, it doesnt matter what it was attached to. Frankenstein were the only people to say "we dont work on those normally but come in and we will see what we can do". And they did exactly what I was asking of them. They did it quickly, they were courteous, and they were certainly affordable (much cheaper than I was expecting ). Thank you so much Tim! Next time I have any electronics issues Frankenstein will be my first stop.

I mistakenly deleted my external hard drive, which was loaded with 11 years worth of precious family memories. The folks at Frankenstein took wonderful care of me, treating my personal problem as if it were their utmost priority. They were able recover all of my files, photographs, and documents within 24 hours and charged me a very fair price for my priceless treasures (literally 100s less than I was quoted elsewhere). I will be forever indebted to these guys for their services! Rock on!

We had a laptop where the hinge had come loose not confident to try and fix it ourselves we brought it up to Frankensteins the staff was very friendly and helpful. They popped it open found the issue (a loose screw) fixed it and said have a nice day! Cannot give them enough praise for how great they were even in the short time we spent there. We will be coming here should we ever have any issues in the future and recommend them to anyone else trying to find a repair place in the area.

I went to the store today to take care of an issue i had my computer being laggy. I dont know which employee i talked to but he said that it could be a simple setting i could fix in my computer. He was very honest and said that it might be better for me to save the 50$ i would have had to pay for the diagnostic Bottom line. I didnt actually get anything done here but the honesty of the employees speaks for itself I will for sure come back if another issue arises

Tony, Mitch and the guys have been taking care of our computer problems since 2006. They are always available to come by for emergencies and have a quick turnaround if the pc has to go to the shop. They also provide awesome phone support for that quick "how to" question. Theyve even helped with my IPhone. They rock!!! We wont go anywhere else!!

Useless. I wanted to do business with them at 10 hours worth of work or more for several locations in the area. They would not offer any discounts or rate decrease. I am a business as well and wanted both of us to make money. I was told no discounts or any help in any way. I wanted to resell their work. Thanks anyways.

So happy to have found these guys! They are great! Not the cheapest in town but as you know, you usually get what you pay for, and these guys are worth every penny! Fast and awesome customer service!!! Ryan is very good at explaining, to a not so tech savy person, what is going on and what they can and cant do. They seem very honest and straight forward and if it is something they do not do they refer you to specialist that can help you fix the issue. Very impressed!!!

legitimate and efficient service. I spilt my coffee on my computer and the screen went out. I was very nervous. They took my laptop apart and cleaned it up right away. After one day of waiting, my laptop was back to normal and they only charged me the diagonostic fee and reassemble my laptop hard drive for me
