ive never ever before used a pc shop before, this time my problem was a little above my tech level. i know enough about computers to know that Mona from the other place quoting me 450 to replace my mobo was rediculous. these guys were friendly, and fair. for custom rigs they charged 125 for the troubleshooting, within a day they were ready for the next step, i went and gave them money for the new mobo which was 230, then the 125 i put down went toward that labor. so 350 to get my pc back and running in like 4 days total. id like to add that i know i coulda saved money by ordering the board myaelf and installing it but with the chance that it wasnt my mobo i didnt want to mess with it and i wanted a warranty on the work cus my rig is above average and $$$. location on 7th street us pretty localized, convenient for lots of people in school over there, parking, theres usually only 1 spot available every time i went lol, theyre in a small plaza. so to wrap it up, i didnt know any shops here, i googled, i picked the 3 closest, and these guys gave me the best quote on the phone so i went with them. also Monas reviews at ML Geeks are fee and fabricated, only 19 revuews and they seem paid for...or personalized/fabricated so, go with the place with the most reviews.

I downloaded a Trojan Virus on a Thursday. After trying to remove it myself and re-install Windows, the virus just laughed at me; taking more and more control of my computer. Finally, by Saturday morning I had no choice, but to call for HELP! I searched “Virus Removal in Fort Worth, TX” in the MSN Yellow pages and there she was….the very first one – Tech Support. How fast is she? When I called the number provided I got a voice mailbox. While leaving her a message, she was calling me right back on the other line….THAT’S FAST! She explained everything she would need to do. Gave me her prices for them and let me choose the options I wanted to take. No hassles…No over selling. She even offered to come out that same day. That’s right….She will come to YOU! After taking some time to make my decision, I called her back that night and scheduled an appointment with her for Sunday afternoon. By 6 p.m. Sunday I was back in Full Operation! Bye-Bye Virus! She even recommended a great Virus Protection Software, which I am very impressed with. Not to mention helping me with other small things at no additional charge. Needless to say….She will be my 1st call for all of my future computer help needs. Thank you Margaret! Great customer service and efficient computer repair shop. Low prices. They diagnose your computer very fast and they keep in contact with you so that you know the repair status of your product. These guys know what theyre doing and they genuinely care about the customer and their job. My problem: My laptop hard drive had crashed and I was unable to start it up again. The hard drive was damaged and I was unable to get into my computer to recover my data. Tech Support solution: Nathan and Hussain did an awesome job of providing good prices, diagnosing the issue, replacing and formatting the hard drive with a new operating system, recovering as much data as they could, staying in touch, and leaving me with a laptop that now feels like-new. I definitely recommend this place to anyone if you are in need of a tech repair for your laptop or PC. Tech Support is a place that you can trust. They are not shady, nor do they lie in any way to you (to make profit or personal gain). If I have another problem with my PC I will go back to them. Again, shout-out to Nathan and Hussain, excellent work.

After purchasing a brand new Macbook, I got home and found that it would not connect to the wireless router on a PC in another area of the house. After wasting 6 hours over 3 days talking with AppleCare and my service provider, I was told by both that they had no idea what the problem was and could not help me. As a last resort, I decided to make one final call, and randomly picked Tech Support. Margaret assured me that it was not a problem, and that she could get me connected within 15 minutes. I was disbelieving, but true to her word, 15 minutes after her arrival I was up and running! The computer subsequently suffered some additional glitches, but Margaret and Kathy stuck with me the entire time. In spite of the fact that I paid for AppleCare, it has proven to be useless, and I will continue to call Margaret and Kathy for any future problems, as they can get the job done.

My experience with TECHsupport today was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Alameri resurrected my mangled and all-but-permanently-dead flash drive (and my faith) in a very short timeframe, AFTER another company TRIED, failed and said there WAS NO HOPE. Never fear, your miracles might be in their repertoire too. Also, I cant think of anything that they could even DO to improve their service in any way... apart from it being free of course; but you cant have everything. I will say they were the lowest price I was quoted of all I called today, most of which wouldnt even TRY the repair. I was near tears by mid-day but as soon as the crew at TECHsupport took over, I was beyond happy by afternoon. I should have just saved myself the trouble and taken it straight there. Crisis (and impending meltdown) quickly and very professionally averted. THANK you!!

Edit: Had to return the Artisan 50 printer as it was not printing correctly due to oversaturation of the red ink. The printer was a used model, so I can let Tech Support slide on this note. [×-×-×] Went back to TS—understandably so—and discussed getting an Epson Artisan 50 printer as that type of printer will work with the aforementioned RRP gloss duo paper. [×-×-×] I experienced a problem with my Epson printer (a year-and-a-half old) and they were unable to fix it. So, I told them specifically the paper type I use (Red River Paper, gloss duo is the best paper when needed) and they suggested an HP OfficeJet Pro 8720. Because they suggested it, I opted to take their offer. Come to find out, that printer is not able to load the 86lb gloss duo paper as it gets jammed in the machine. RRP confirmed it afterwards.

I depend on my computer for every aspect of my business. If it goes down for even a few hours, I lose money. In spite of McAfee so called protection on my computer, I managed to pick up a nasty virus, which took over my hard drive day by day causing it to finally crash and burn. I had to find help fast...Margaret to the rescue! I called Margaret about 10:30 in the morning and by noon, she was here. She was personable, friendly and easy to relate to. After a 15 minute troubleshoot, she offered several options for repair. Her prices were reasonable and she was very informative as she explained what she was doing throughout the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the results. I strongly recommend Margaret to anyone in need of computer help; and I will call on her again without hesitation. Thank you!!
