I have always turned to Larry for unexpected issues as well as for help with projects for my small business. He has always been accessible and even on our tougher projects, he always completes his works and has patience when dealing with all my special requests. I am not very knowledgeable about computers, but he always takes time to explain my issues and what I need to do to repair and/or avoid the issues again in the future. The most excellent computer repair Ive ever experienced! This is a home-based business, but dont let that fool you. Larry is as good as tech guys get. Hes seems to know everything there is to know about Macs AND PCs, and is willing to take the time to share his knowledge. And he makes geek-speak easy to understand for a luddite like me. This is to the person who wrote the only other review here: We do indeed run a very qualified, full-time business. This person would have been clearly told that we do not do CD-ROM replacements, as we tell everyone who asks for a CD-ROM replacement. We have never done CD-ROM replacements. CD-ROM replacements are never worth doing on a Mac. Just go to Fry’s or Best Buy and spend $40 on an external one instead of paying $150-$300 to have the internal one replaced.

Larry Rone is an excellent computer tech, and has worked in the field for over 25 years. My wife and I both work out of our house, and spend 1 to 3 hours per day on our computer (I have a Mac and she has a PC). We have used Larry for the past 10 years, and he is fast, efficient, and quite reasonable in his prices. In sum, the guy knows his stuff and does not gouge you. I do not hesitate to recommend him.

I tried to get Larry to put a new DVD drive in my Mac or find an external one that worked. After a 10-day delay on getting an answer from him on one email, and then getting no answer at all on the next one, I moved on. I dont think this is a real business...maybe Larry just dabbles in it when he feels like it. Real businesses dont last long with indifferent service like this.

Ive used Larry for my Macs and my wifes PCs for almost 10 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Larry is truly talented technically and has performed miracles on my Macs over time. On more than one occasion he has found and saved data on failed hard drives that would probably have been lost at the hands of someone else. I highly recommend Larry.

Larry was great, have been using him for years. Every time I have a problem, he answers the phone and helps me immediately. This last problem was awful, I got a malware virus online. Called for a quote after diagnosing a failing fan issue; was told that I did not know what was really wrong with my Mac (without them confirming how I had tested it) and then they just hung up on me. Extraordinarily poor service, that- there is much better out there. Beware...
