I was so worried that I would have to get a new phone. My screen stopped working and had colored lines everywhere and I took it to Tmobile and they said I had to get a new phone and I would have to pay about $700 for a new iphone 7! On my way home from school, I saw the sign for cpr and decided to drop in. A sweet young lady named Sage helped us and said that it would be no problem and she could fix it the same day. It sounded too good to be true, but exactly 2 hours later I came back to a brand new phone! I couldnt believe my eyes! My screen felt new and smooth, I no longer had to worry about glass shards cutting my fingers or not being able to answer calls or even see my screen! They even gave me a discount on a new otterbox and screen protector! They said I have a lifetime warranty on my screen, so I will update this review if I end up going back.

My daughter was having issues with her iPhone and was only able to talk with the phone on speaker. I called CPR Cell Phone Repair and after explaining the problem, they knew exactly what was wrong with the phone. Took it to the very clean New Braunfels location, and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed as well as the cracked glass replaced! I highly recommend CPR with any of your cell phone issues! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! Thanks CPR from saving this college poor mom from having to purchase a new iPhone!!

My phone would not charge and I envisioned a day wasted at the Apple Store in San Antonio trying to get my phone up and running again. Instead, my husband suggested that I take my phone to CPR. I dropped it off and an hour later it was working again! Since I need my phone for work, I was very happy. The prices are reasonable, the location is convenient and the person who fixed is was knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend!

Great staff, clean store, convenient location. Dropped our phone off for repair, had lunch at Newks sandwich shop and our phone was ready by the time we finished eating. The have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, cant beat that!
