We had this shop replace the cracked screen on our iPad Air. Due to a bad experience at another shop, we asked before we authorized the repair, "What happens if it cracks again?" and they told us to bring it back and theyd look at it. Their policy in writing states they dont cover cracked replacement screens, which made me nervous as I was suspicious of low quality replacement parts. They had already told us the parts are not OEM. When we got it home, as I was putting the screen protector on I could already see dust particles and detritus trapped BELOW the glass, so I was initially unhappy with the quality of the installation. Then as we very carefully slid the iPad into its case, the screen cracked in a bizarre way I havent seen before, diagonally from the home button to the edge of the screen. We took the iPad back to the shop and they considered it for awhile, admitting that it seemed like a strange type of break, and that the iPad itself wasnt bent or twisted. In my opinion, this crack was caused by an imperfect, unlevel installation. Infuriatingly, the best they offered was 20% off another installation, which is completely unacceptable. A new iPad is only $300 at this point, and if I purchased another replacement through them I would have already paid $140 to simply replace this iPads screen, with no guarantee that their screen or installation wouldnt once again be faulty. They dont stand behind their products or installation. STAY AWAY!

I dropped my Ipad Mini off on June 22nd. I was told the repair would only take a few hours. I received a call stating "they messed up & lost a pin in the ipad." They said they were sending it off to be repaired & it would take 5-7 days. I had to call to inquire on July 2nd. They stated the company installed the wrong part & they were waiting for a replacement which they were expecting to arrive right after the 4th. I called July 6th without a response. Finally July 9th I called & the part still isnt in. I have no idea what is going on & when I demand answers I get nowhere just "ugh its in the mail." The lack of professionalism & coutesy is appalling. Think twice before leaving your device with these "doctors."

They did a good job on fixing my iPad mini that another shop messed up. I like that it took less then about 2 hours to get it done. I just didnt like that they only had a white screen in stock and when I asked about shopping for the black screen the guy seemed like he didnt know what he was talking about, other then that will totally recommend and definitely come back

Prices very affordable! Took my iPhone 7 to them, fit and finish spot on, I cant even tell screen was replaced. Im very happy with the repair, I tell everybody about this place. Definitely coming back!
