Service, service, service! I came in with another issue, but in the course of conversation with Grant, he mentioned a great deal Apple had on some re-furb units and how he could upgrade them significantly for x dollars. No pressure, just for my information. I bought one and had it sent straight to him. There was slight cosmetic damage in shipping and Grant immediately ordered the replacement part and had it back to me very quickly with the upgrades. There were some issues with a hard drive that were difficult to pin down. Grant replaced the motherboard and the drive (twice!) until he was very confident that the issues had been resolved. He carefully explained all this to me and I could not be more pleased with his service or have more confidence in a purchase or repair. Ive never encountered service like this. Ive referred many friends to Tyrosys and they too have all been astonished at the level of service they received. He communicates clearly and as thoroughly as you want. Very, very professional and fast. Not enough stars.

If you are having problems with any Apple products, I highly recommend Tyrosys Corp - Georgetown! They fixed both of my laptop Macs and both are running better than when I first purchased them!! The customer service I received was Fast, Very Friendly and they explained to me everything that was going on with both my Macs. Even found one of my problems to be an Apple issue costing me 0!!! I am one HAPPY customer!

The service I received was superior and very professional. No waiting and personal service will be the reason I will call this Apple Service Center anytime I need help. Really great experience at Tyrosys. Brought in my Macbook Pro with a pressure crack and they repaired it for me in less than a week! Way better service than the Apple store. Super friendly staff, they really look out for you and do not try to oversell you. Will definitely be coming back whenever I have future issues! Wish I could rate 10 stars!
