I took my laptop to have the power botton repaired. They did the work fast , price was ok and another button works now as the power button. I was happy with the service until I tried to use the keyboard , it does not work anymore. The side where the power button is sticks up now and the hinge to my screen is broken. My laptop is now useless to me and when I returned to the shop they told me it must have been broken before and would not fix the problem with the keyboard. I did not notice the other problem until later.I will never use their service again.

I BOUGHT HARD DRIVE FOR $86.55. IT DID NOT WORK. THEY ASKED ME TO BRING CPU TO THEM AND I DID. WHILE INSTALLING HARD DRIVE MY IN FEW SECONDS STARTED SMOKING FROM HARD DRIVE. THEY SAID WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU LEAVE US HARD DRIVE TO SECTOR TEST. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER HARD DRIVE DID NOT GAVE ME REFUND. KEPT MY HARD DRIVE AND REFUSED CREDIT. WORSE PART THEY WIND UP BURNING MY POWER SUPPLY WHICH I REPLACE IT. I HAVE DEGREE COMPUTER SCIENCE. I KNOW THESE FOOLS ARE IDIOTS.

They kept their promise of 2 day turn around even though my computer was dead . They explained everything in detail when i picked up my system and i understood every word. Best Buy charged me 70 dollars just to check my dead system and took almost three weeks to give me a solution. I know these guys are small ,but their prices are fair and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to get fair diagnostic and great customer service go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After calling around for a screen replacement on my Toshiba a305, guys at Texas Computer Service told me to come by and they would replace the screen while i waited. Total Price? $169.70. I was quoted almost twice as much from the other computer stores and was told Id have to wait a few days! Not only did they replace my screen, but they fixed the hinges so now the screen doesnt "flop" around. If you want the extra mile treatment, go to Texas Computer service.

A virus had corrupted files on my computer and it would run extremely slow. They diagnosed it for free, as advertised. There was also no pressure to pay for them to fix it. The staff was friendly and the price was not bad (about $100 to wipe the hard drive completely and reinstall Windows XP). The turn around was about 3 days, but they do a ton of business.

It was about 1 year ago, but I had a short wait, overnight service (I had arrived just before closing), a very reasonable Dell Inspiron hard drive replacement. The two people I dealt with were professional and friendly. Ive had no trouble with the drive in all this time. my experience was very positive and in fact exceeded my expectations.

Roman has a good handle on computer repair. My HD had a mechanical failure which necessitated replacement. They diagnosed the issue, quoted me a price and even referred me to an outside company for data retrieval; all within a week. Great communication. Prompt handling. Will refer others. I had to leave the contry and was looking for a fast repair for my computer. I called arround and found that most places needed weeks to repair my hard drive. Finaly came across this small company and was able to get my repair done the same day, Thank you guys. Highly recomended

I am very happy with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and they fixed my computer quickly (dropped it off Friday afternoon and had it back Saturday morning). I didnt shop around, but think that the price was very reasonable.

I have a Macbook Pro and it wasnt holding a charge. They said it was a bad battery and it needs to be replaced. There price was very reasonable and the turn-a-round time for overall work was really fast. Would highly recommend. :)
